Might have an issue with one Casino,next steps?

Hi,

i am new here and signed in,cause might need comments how to proceed?
I will not go to details in here.
But from my point of view all is clear,there should not be any obvious reason why i can not withdraw my winnings.

It has taken 3 weeks now from original withdrawal. I have done/delivered all that was asked and latest
comment from them did not make sense.

Should i ask from their representative in here first and if no success,then file a complaint?
Hope this is correct thread to ask generally.
