Joined up under my username and played for a while and it's for a UK player a breath of fresh air as many slots have got there auto spin back which is great no idea why this is missing on most sites that allow UK players some slots take so long to start paying out you end up getting a sore finger lol so to come.on and use a site which has the auto spin on its ait's a credit straight away for me personally
As for the site itself nicely laid out a few varirvaria of slot makers missing some keys one though the netents and playngo be nice.to see these available I personally got a very odd error when using my phone through chrome some areas seemed to be missing the writing as if hazed out they only appeared when you pressed them no idea what that was or causing it. It happened a lot may have been an odd glitch on my phone but don't get this on others as for game running speeds all where up in seconds and running without any lag overlap I find this site to be one great start platform didn't so any withdrawals as was using there bonus and lost miserably lol not the casinos fault just as it goes sometimes so can't report on that bit it's titled as fast withdrawals be nice to see.if that is the case and on par with the like of Dunder/sky and some other which pressing withdrawal the funds are on there way on less the 30-40mins which is how it should be no.srupid days and days then start your withdrawal no need for.that
Whish you good luck you are looking great don't let yourselfs.down and keep those auto plays available for all lol save my finger

40x wagering of the "300% welcome bonus" with a max win cap of $900 AND only your real money wagering counts towards bonus wagering?

I'll just point that out and allow the wolves to pounce...

Sorry Midaur, I appreciate your presence here and your efforts but I refuse to play where a bonus isn’t available until you have met the wagering with your own cash funds before it is released. (It’s nigh on impossible to ever meet x40 wager to actually receive one of the offers).
To me it feels more like a reward at the end of playing rather than being given an actual bonus.

Admiral casino have realised the error of this method of offering bonuses and have recently altered the structure.

Hi all

Thank you for all of your feedback.

All of the feedback we receive is thoroughly reviewed and used to provide our players with an even better experience. Being regulated by the UK GC and the Isle of Man GSC, we pride ourselves for being honest and transparent.

In regards to our bonus terms and conditions, we invested a lot of time and effort in writing these to ensure that they are clear as possible. We apologise for the negative experience some may have had regarding Midaur's welcome bonus. We want to take the opportunity to elaborate.

Players have to claim any of our bonuses manually. Following this process ensures an overview of the bonus T&C’s before opting in; we aim to ensure that our players understand how the bonus works. We will revisit the terms to determine if we can make them more transparent.

The reason why the wagering requirement is met only by making real money bets is to protect us against fraud. We often see that players with relatively high bonus winnings deposit a cash amount that is much lower than the value of bonus winnings and can meet the wagering requirements with ease. Any bonus system needs to find the right balance between protecting the brand from fraud and allowing the players a fair chance to win real money. We believe that our system provides our players with this added value.

We trust that our explanation reflects the reasoning behind our terms.

Please do contact us via support@midaur.com or our Live Chat if you have any further queries or suggestions – we are always welcome to any feedback you may have.

I hope you're all having a good day! It's nearly the weekend

Hi all

My issue isn't so much with the transparency of the bonus, but the basic math behind it. If the player actually understood how the bonus works they would know that under the above terms the deck is not just stacked against them, everyone else at the "friendly game" they joined is in on the fix.

Clearing a 100% bonus with 40% wagering based on expected rtp leaves a rather slim margin as it is for success, making the bonus bigger, while maybe looking like a great deal to those who don't understand, does not in any way make the math better for the player.. Only allowing real cash to work down the wagering also eliminates the value of the bonus to the player in achieving wagering.. To put a max cap on winnings on top.. is cruel and inhumane?

I do appreciate you taking the time to explain the point of view and reasoning behind such terms however.

Cheers!

AND the bonus its self can only be wagered on certain games...

"'The bonus is valid for wagering on the following slot games Creepy Castle, Mermaid Queen, La Bomba, Aladdin's Legacy, Rainbow Riches Home Sweet Home, Golden OX, Wonder Hounds, Dragon Drop, 1Can 2Can, An Evening with Holly Madison, Doctor Love, Merlins Magic Respin, Casinomeister, Cash Stampede, Great Wild Elk, King Kong 2016, The Link, Thai Flower, Platinum Pyramid, Cosmic, Crystals, Barnyard Bonanza, Shangri-La, Rich N Wild, and Red Hot Chilli Steppa"

AND the bonus is only valid for 14 days. So you'd have to make sure you've got enough spare cash to keep depositing, in order to release the bonus funds.

AND if you do manage to release the bonus, you then have to wager that bonus amount plus your deposit 1x, in order to withdraw

The reason why the wagering requirement is met only by making real money bets is to protect us against fraud.

At least, once the new UKGC rules start in May, Where players need to be verified before playing, there'll be less chance of fraud. So you'll be able to revise your bonus policy.

Also, why do you have a fixed figure for the bonus cap, rather than a multiple of the initial bonus amount (or deposit)

I could deposit £200 and receive the maximum bonus amount of £600, play the bonus up to £900, then wager with cash. the maximum I could convert from the bonus would be £900 or 1.5x the bonus, 4.5x the deposit amount

Or I could deposit £50 and receive a bonus amount of £150, play the bonus up to £900, then wager with cash. the maximum I could convert from the bonus would still be £900. But that's 6x the bonus amount or 18x the deposit amount

Good morning all :)

Thank you for all the feedback on our bonus offer.

It is correct that regardless of your deposit the maximum bonus you can convert would always be £900. However, a larger deposit equals a more substantial bonus amount, and therefore it is more likely to reach the max bonus win. However with a higher bonus amount initially received, the wagering requirement will be higher also. As such it is up to your strategy rather you deposit a small amount to trigger the bonus and have a lower wagering requirement, thus a more significant chance of unlocking. Or deposit a higher amount to trigger a larger bonus and have an increased chance of meeting the maximum bonus. However, the wagering requirement will be higher so the change of unlocking the bonus will be lower.

It should also be stated that there is never a cap on real money winnings and real money can be withdrawn at any time without the bonus being canceled.

We have to limit the number of games bonus funds can be wagered on due to factors of fraud that are very much there but from which many of you will be unaware of.

Note that picking up a bonus is not an obligation. It is up to you as a player if you want to have a chance of an additional real money win. There will always be discussions regarding bonuses, what one deems fair the other doesn’t and vice versa. It is impossible to please all, but regardless we do our very best.

Please do not lose sight of our loyalty system that rewards our players for every deposit and each real money wager. Loyalty points can be converted to real money with no wagering requirements! The system gives our players a 1% direct return on each wager. As such one could state that when playing a slot with a 98% RTP the actual RTP with Midaur will be 99%. There are offers that give our players 10% direct cashback on deposit as well as offers that give up to 50% cash back on qualifying wagers.

As a conclusion, we pride ourselves for being fair and reward our depositing players for their loyalty. Not just once, not only twice, but every day, on every deposit and on every wager.

I hope you all understand our reasoning behind our terms. :)

Casinomeisters review page players from Germany are not accepted. But curious as I am I checked your site and found Germany as an allowed country to take the welcome bonus under point 9 of the terms.

So either Casinomeister needs to update the review or Midaur needs to update the terms. :)

Hi Bowki!

Very good point, the country list is updated continuously due to ongoing changes in the regulatory environment. Accepting and denying access to players from certain jurisdictions changes often multiple times per year depending on local and EU court rulings.

At this stage we do not accept players from Germany and this should also be reflected in the bonus terms.

We have updated this accordingly.

Thank you for the feedback.

Will give you try after work, but not taking that bonus as don't see it really tempting, mainly because of list of games you can wager it are not really something i would play (not fan of max cashouts and these terms either how you need to wager your bonus), not taking many bonuses with wager either but would have got more playtime to try you out.

Are these games only one you are allowed to play or just only ones which are gaining against your WR? There are loads of bonus abusing as you stated and fully aware of that, but as you have huge amount of games, i see this list very limited. There are some games which many casinos are restricting because of their potential to get bonus wagered, i personally believe that "damage control" is possible to just to do homework and restrict some games, or even nicer what some casinos are able to do, make them gain less against wagering or both. I see a bit overreacting in this, when still taking an account that there is max cash out and max bet protecting you.

Not judging your bonuses and you have think about these for sure, but still as a player, it's bit disappointing to try out new casino, take welcome bonus like all casinos are offering (with very few exceptions) and then you need to get your first impression from so limited amount of games.

Dear Slottery,

We appreciate your response.

There are some points in your message that somewhat confuse us.

If you want to get a first impression of the games we offer you do not need to trigger any bonuses, neither do you need to deposit. All our games are available in play for free mode, and the audit reports guarantee the exact same experience as playing for real money or bonus funds. Note that the real money deposit is NOT restricted to a specific selection of games. All real money wagering on either bonus or non-bonus slots contribute to the rollover requirement

When you make a deposit and not trigger the welcome bonus, you will not gain a bonus win regardless. There is absolutely no risk in triggering the bonus and letting it sit there. If you meet the wager requirements with your real money bets, the bonus automatically unlocks. If you don’t make it the bonus eventually expires. If you make a big win with real money, you simply withdrawal and the bonus remains active – no strings attached. If you lose your real money, the bonus is still there, and you can continue contributing on your subsequent deposit. Again no strings attached.

Why not claim the bonus regardless. It will change nothing to your experience. It is really a case of "always missing the target if you never pull the trigger" ;).

Claiming the bonus on deposit is a risk-free option to win some extra cash – it’s exactly the no obligatory chance of free money a lot of players are looking for.

As mentioned in our post – every depositing player at Midaur is rewarded by our loyalty system which is very – if not the most competitive in the industry.

We look forward to welcoming you at Midaur.

Have a great weekend.

Hi

My biggest apologies, i did misunderstood your bonus rules even i thought i read them two to three times. I stand corrected and give you a try as said already. Your site feels quite nice and clear to navigate, you as rep reply really fast, nothing bad to say so far (after understood bonus rules correctly, shouldn't read or at least comment middle of the workday when your brains are mostly somewhere else).

Let's hope that i get to test your cashout speed shortly :)

Great weekend too!

That's completely understandable! We feel you... The weekend is almost here though! :D

I have to say I was really disappointed with the customer service at this casino. I tried to join a long while ago as they were new then. I entered all my details and then was told my account couldn’t be authorised and I was rejected. I emailed and asked why this had happened, as I have never had an issue with any other casino in the past. They emailed back and said they do not have to answer my question and that I would never be able to register. Very strange! Then after the second email to say I didn’t wish to sign up at all anymore I just wanted an answer to why I was rejected, they said I was hiding my IP or something? Never heard of this before, all very weird if you ask me!

Dear Bee3535,

We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our customer support team and that you have been unable to register.

Our systems incorporate sophisticated technology that verifies each registration and deposit request. Customer service agents are unable to view exact details to protect your data. All information that they receive from our systems is either an approve or decline.

Midaur makes no exception on the output of our automated verification process. We are aware that in the past this has also blocked accounts of users that posed minimal or no risk at all. As Midaur matured, we have altered settings to make system outputs as accurate as possible.

We apologise if your registration has been blocked incorrectly. If you would like to give us another chance, then please contact our friendly customer service team via support@midaur.com. They will request you to send security documents which include proof of identity and address to verify your account. After successful verification, we can activate your Midaur account.

We look forward to hearing from you and wish you a great weekend.
