The list is growing of Microgaming casinos that deny access to your own banking transaction history, also know as Cash Check. What's up with this? Very strange.
So far, I know that Wild Jack, First Web, 777 Dragon will divert you to a log-on page (after you already had logged on into the casino) and you have to enter your password again. Well, the password you used to log on to the casino itself doesn't work on this banking history log-on page!
The BelleRock group doesn't have this problem.
It was over a month ago that I talked with 777 Dragon's live chat about their lack of player access to their own transaction history but they treated as if it was a glitch. But there are now other online casinos with the same "problem". Obviously, if it was a glitch it should have been corrected by now. I really don't want to discuss my banking transaction history in live chat. What on earth could they possibly be trying to do by not allowing you to view your own transaction history?
