Microgaming reset on guts?

so it seems all have been reset then ive played those a few times aswell , arghhhh micro gaming maybe its time to have a real big moan now , MG you should be refunding or paying some compensation for all our hard work on getting the achievements up.

Totally agree we should be compensated - somehow and that's the problem, its not the casinos fault its down to their software provider so as much as I'd love it as I've lost it across a few accounts only the casinos that 'care' may offer a little something.

Not going to mention any names but one casino gave me a decent compensation, well popular and multi software so lets play there! but another basically wasn't interested and blamed MG and a newish one very similar to Spin Palace but with No Palace well lets just say i may as well use Hieroglyphics in their 'live help' and my emails go unanswered, so unless micro gaming have a 'credit all members £50 button' I'm afraid it's time to 'stop crying over spilt milk' for us all

believe me my rtp% is that low , ben has been pretty damn good to me to be honest , overall at the casino playing other games mainly netent & igt im doing fine . all my losses period have come from the micro gaming side of things & were not talking pocket change , this is why im so pi$$ed off about it , ive spent hours upon hours of play to get those achievements up & its cost a fair ammount of cash aswell (

I have just been bonus banned! now with losing my 32 red club rouge status and now guts bonus banning me. seems to me they now picking on the uk players since it costs them 15% of revenue since this uk license has come into effect.

the thing is here with guts, I hardly take the 50% Monday bonus. very strange things happening here since this new law.

its just to brutal playing micro gaming slots , bonus banned is a new one on me ,thankfully ive not had this yet . mind you im up around 20k in deposits at guts and slightly up aswell only around 1k , im just finding micro gaming slots a joke , so ive been keeping track of play at 4 casinos to where ive made small deposits

Well they said its because I only ever play when a bonus is involved. if they look properly in my account, they will see a deposit of £600 and no bonuses involved. also I think I also deposited £400 and no bonus involved.

You are correct, only one ever bonus is on a Monday. and the last three Mondays I didn't even play at the casino. nor take a bonus. I have noticed casinos now that have accepted the uk situation, are now looking to see if you are an advantage player, if you are. you get nothing. I honestly believe its the 15% revenue they pay, that is making these casinos come up with excuses.

I lost my club rouge, I never made a fuss about it. I was in club rouge for 8-9 years, then all of a sudden, when this revenue gets handed to them, they also dump me out of club rouge. I am a big winner at 32 red, maybe this is why, but its strange they have took all these years to look into my account. and dump me out of club rouge. anyway alls good, but just thought I let people know guts are starting this bonus banning lark now.

As pointed out earlier in this thread a few casinos have wiped my stats, Well I certainly will not be playing at any of theses especially that other casinos have been fine? Thousands upon thousands of spins & money has been spent for us to chose what feature we want, Not even an email to let us no, So for me unless they give us one hell of a bonus or free spins than any casino that stats have been wiped is now of my list,

Btw, is there a time limit when the achievements would be reset if not used? For example, would they be reset on a dormant account if no games were played for a year?

No!

I had built up achievements on lots of casinos, particularly download clients.

When I went thru a phase of closing the accounts I had the worst runs at (for a break etc) upon returning after a year or so, all the IT, TSIi achievements were intact as were bet sizes etc

The only thing that seemed to have 'toggled back' was the coins/credits and 'expert' settings that's all
