    The screenshot shows three Aces of Spades dealt on what is supposed to be a single deck game of blackjack.

    I would normally say that this is evidence of cheating (because a four deck game or more (which is what this shows) is about 0.5% higher house profit than single deck), but the hand counts are also wrong, so it looks like a bug.

    It has happened to me twice before, the second time I managed to get a screenshot. It is at You must register/login in order to see the link. .

    It is a problem with the cards not being displayed correctly, if you go to playcheck you can see what the cards should have been.
