Casinos I have played at in the past year, in order I rank them. I feel Ruby Fortune (spin palace) is the most improved, and Lucky Nugget should simply go away :)

32 Red:
Pros: Best customer service, hands down. Lightning fast payouts
Cons: Bonus Banned for actually acknowledging and using the match offers at sister casinos Dash and Golden Lounge. Why offer them if you don't want people using them?

Roxy Palace:
Pros: Amazing VIP program. Generous comps. Great customer service on dayshift, and personal touch by a personal host. Started with them over 10 years ago, consistent quality gaming
Cons: 30-40% match 2-3 times per week, even at Platinum level. Nothing higher, not even the odd 100% Overnight staff can be slow to assist.

Ruby Fortune (Spin Palace):
Pros: New Bonus System, very generous offers. I am at Gold level with this casino, and get 100% match up to $100 pretty much daily, (granted it is a 50X playthrough) Recently requested a withdrawal, had it within 48 hours.
Cons: Generous front end offers often mean cutting corners on the aftercare. Reps have their hands tied pretty tight for one-offs (comp, top ups etc) until they get to know you pretty good.

All Slots Casino:
Pros: Great VIP program (although it has been a couple years since I qualified...things may have changed) Above average customer service.
Cons: $50 deposit minimum for a bonus, so a $25 deposit is not an option here. Seems to cater to the bigger spenders with the offers, but once you get to VIP look out :)

Betway:
Pros: Frequent mailer and phone offers (Emma the virtual host is kinda cool) usually 100% up to $200 every couple of months. Had my single biggest win here on Santas Wild Ride.
Cons: Not the greatest customer service, and not the best attitude conveyed by the reps.

Casino La Vida (Red Flush):
Pros: Innovative promotions, giveaways etc. Recently lowered minimum deposits to partake to $10 from the usual $50 they had in place before, so they are trying hard to win new customers.
Cons: Customer service issues. My mom deposits here a lot (well she used to) and we could swear that they don't monitor/train their support staff to handle anything out of the ordinary. Minor technical issues not resolved in a timely fashion.

Lucky Nugget:
Pros: Fun, innovative promotions, games and contests.
Cons: No interest in keeping customers happy. Overall my worst rated experience. I could elaborate, but I think their mediocrity is well noted already.

Red Flush support has issues.
I go in with a simple question and they refuse to answer it because I am not a member.
It's this game; you become a member then we will tell you.
