Hello. I've just learned that some microgaming casinos have introduced new software that allows players from the usa to play. I was just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a good casino that will allow a new player from the US to sign up. I'm surprised I haven't been able to find out too much about this on here, so hopefully some people can enlighten me. Thanks for the help.

Not quite what it seems Kiska. Microgaming licenced some of their games onto another (new) platform which several of the MG casinos have also adopted. These casinos shifted US players onto the new platform on June 1st (when the UIGEA kicked in) but they are not permitting new US players to sign up and probably won't until the UIGEA is overturned and/or if/when regulation kicks in. So unless you already have an old account at one of the casinos that did this, you're out of luck I'm afraid.

Cheers

Simmo!

DUDE! What's the toll free number? I'm in the US and would like to sign up!

Kiska is from a banned state,I know it is banned because I use to live in NJ, so I do not think she will be accepted by CS Casino, sorry. I hope I am wrong though.

You are probobly right. I know they asked me what state I lived in and said they had a list of banned states...I live in California now...However, Kiska, I am also a Jersey Girl..

MG SUCKS ANYWAY, WHO NEEDS THEM

I have rich reels downloaded for quit sometime, they took away the better payoff game(aces/faces video poker, i beleive they took it off becasue it paid out better, when i asked them what happened to it, i got two diffrent lies on that, first one of their managers told me , owe in two weeks there where be new games t oreplace the games, that never happened, and i was told based on the new laws that game they could not use for any players. ok, well they take alot more then they give, there games are not that great in payoffs. so i dont really care what they do. i plan to take them off my computer, theres other software i like as well, like dgs,its fairly new n i like it for video poker. if i want to play anything else, i go to other casinos. anyway do yourself a favor and skip mg.........dee

They are taking new us players as long as your not in one of the banned states.

hey...thanks for the info everyone. I'll definitely look into it. I've never seen New Jersey on any list of banned states.

Oh, and by the way, I'm a Jersey GUY lol...not a girl.

On the bright side, NJ is widely being tipped as the first state to allow online casino games when regulation comes in

LOL so sorry Kiska about that. But if you look at the 14 banned states NJ is one of them. So sorry.

Hi guys,

Just to set the record straight in that we do not allow new US registrations and only player who do have existing accounts are able to make use of software.

Any questions please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best regards
Mario

Just how is the Microgaming-cloned casino software platform going to survive if they don't take on new US players? The number of players at any of these formerly Microgaming sites that are US facing would just keep dwindling down in numbers as they quit gambling there due to the nature of negative expectation games. That makes these online casinos likely to suffer cash problems and more likely to *tweak* the games themselves. If they *can* do that, then expect that they *will* do that in order to survive.

Aren't there plans to accept new US players in the future? If not I don't see how it will work out in the long run. There are plenty of us in the US that are patiently awaiting this to happen.

From my experience, I would say this is already happening. The US platform absolutely does not play as it did before the migration.

For Mario at CasinoshareUS, you were my first I migrated with, had a really nice run the very first day and it has been on lock down ever since.

I'm sure I am in the small minority here. I stopped playing and had my account closed at All Slots USA. The games were so tight, even a small line win (less than bet) were difficult to obtain. Deposit after deposit gone in a matter of minutes. You don't mind losing (well a few times) if you can get decent playtime, jmo. But when the casinos continuously suck you dry in 5 - 10 minutes, what is the incentive to keep depositing? Then IF you are lucky enough to win, you have to do the waiting game to receive your funds. They take your money immediately, but don't reciprocate when the shoe is on the other foot.

If/when the laws change, I am hoping people are smart enough to remember these so called GREAT casinos who have taken advantage of their customer base. These are the people who keep a casino in business. Without depositors, they have nothing. You can't keep burning players and expect to remain in business.

I will wait it out and see what will happen when the laws change. Most of the casinos I was playing at after the UIGEA went into effect, will not be getting my money again. Hopefully, my choices of where to play will be greater and more appreciated than what I was feeling the last few months I was a donator.

This paradox is laughable for the non-gamer, nauseating for the addict, and grounds for boycott for the most logical of punters. These US-facing casinos are not acting in accordance with their MG licensing, breaking TOS and lying about doing so; and yet a good many of us are overlooking their breach of contract and trusting them with our deposits anyway...

Bravo to this post! The truth should rarely dictate an applause, but it most certainly does in this case bc these casinos are enjoying the trust of customers largely bc of their accreditation with CM and because of their ad space on other forums claiming to differentiate between 'our trusted casinos' and, 'the other ones (THOSE ROGUES ONE SHOULD AVOID)'
And yet I find it quite difficult to find on single thread on the web (save for this one) on how stingy and downright 'win proof' this new platform is... Because of their intentional lack of product differentiation (betwixt the US and other 'facing') people associate the eCOGRA accredited MG software as one in the same with the other, and its a dirty trick. If you can recognize patterns at all, you see the patterns in the lurching of the reels during situations where one more scatter would trigger the bonus feature... And so I have stopped depositing with the Us-Facing sites, and I am so drunk and babbling, I shall stop now.

I know I'm repeating myself... but I don't think the US facing MG casinos are accredited. We don't know who runs them. USA All Slots, for instance, once part of JPF group, is now -supposedly- not theirs.

Who knows.... I grew tired of trying to make any sense of MG's convoluted reasonings long ago and have stopped playing online altogether -- waiting for the dust to settle and the skies to clear.

I am from California and I have been playing at Villento, Rich Reels and Casinoshare..I never had a MG account before..These are the US version of Mg, are you saying they are rogue and should not be playing there???

I am just sick and tired of RTG, etc.

I have not had any problems cashing out at any of these casinos...

Please, please, the real mg let us play:D:D:D

Hi Weplant...let me ask you a question if you don't mind. I started playing at Rich Reels and I like it but I cashed out last Wednesday and have still not been paid yet. It was late and I know we are on a different time thing but they finally sent me a email message yesterday saying that the withdrawal had been sent to Ecash. I sent in documents days ago and used a webwallet and did not use a bonus. How long did it take for you to see your cash in? They told me that they do not process on the weekends. I would love to continue to play there but why does it take a week from the time you cash out? Tomorrow will be a week. Thanks!

No... That's not what I said. I said the MG USA facing casinos are not accredited. That does NOT mean they are on the rogue list.

MG never explained why they lopped us off and herded us to a chopped up, sloppy, Frankenstein version of the 'real' MG software.

Even in your drunken babbling, you still make some sense. What you have stated has made me think, the US facing MG's are just riding the coat tails of the original MG and relying on their mileage in terms of gaining a solid reputation to cover them as well.

The fact is, they are a copy and have not yet earned the reputation they are gleening from the real MG's.

Players want to know, who are you really?

Is your RTP carved in stone as it is with the real MG's?

Are you planning to become Accredited on your own, or just continue to ride along on the real MG's reputation?

Do you wish to become a strong and reliable company for the US players?

Or are you just here to give us our final sheering before totally closing us out?

With the way things are done in congress, money talks and gets things done, unfortunately. So with those of us in the US, we may be on the outs when all is said and done, permanently, if not enough money changes hands to buy the favors.

So in my disillusion, I really don't see it happening for a long time, if at all, that we the people of the US will be able to play where we want and make our own choices. Our pockets just aren't deep enough.
