Long time Microgaming player..... Currently at Spin Palace (Palace Group) and looking for a new home...any suggestions?

I am not certain why, but Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune don't appear in the accredited section nor any of the bad categories....it's like they don't even exist to this site.....but my time there was ok I guess. I spent a lot, they give high bonuses, but they recently almost doubled the bonus wagering requirement playthrough to 50X from 30X. Also, they are unable to accommodate small player requests outside of the generous match offers, such as a 31 point top up to my loyalty points when there was a technical issue allocating the double loyalty points....for example. The reps have their hands tied quite tightly compared to what I have become accustomed to in the MG community.

I was a longtime regular with 32red group. Spent thousands. If there was not a good bonus at 32 red (ie 10%), you could count on Dash,Golden Lounge or Nedplay to have a bonus (ie 25%,50% or 100% up to $25). Well they didn't like that I deposited wherever the best bonus was first so they removed me from the eligible accounts to receive a bonus at all the casinos. Everyone else I know that games with that group got to keep their daily offers at the sister casinos, but not me. That upset me, so while 32 red is one of the best for a lot of things, I cant see myself going back. I brought them 7 customers, 2 are extremely active....and the thanks I get is my referrals all get to keep their daily offers at all 4 32plc casinos, and I don't. I contacted Jonathan, who empathized and said he would look into it and get back to me, but nothing ever materialized. Bottom line is they get to choose who and when they offer bonuses to, and while I was depositing on a bonus at the sister casinos, I was depositing 2-4 times every day within the group. I feel this was not the right thing to do to a loyal player who deposits 50+ times a month.

So.....sorry went off on a rant there...haha... Where should I try guys? I deposit pretty much daily, looking for a bonus return of 25-50% on my first daily deposit, decent customer service, and a staff that is able to accommodate the odd comp or top up request. Upon reading some reviews I was going to try GUTS, but the site kept crashing when I was trying to check it out. I don't think they have a downloaded version I can try, and I find web based only casinos occasionally problematic on my PC for some reason :(

Non Microgaming players, I would love to hear thoughts on trying different/new software too......but RTG and Playtech horror stories have me quite cautious.

I have noticed the big change at Spin Palace as well. They have been sending 75% bonus now for more than a week.

It will be hard to find MGS casinos that offer daily 25-50% bonuses. Some of the new super casinos offer a few bonuses but the choice of games is great. Guts, Casino Luck, Next and Video Slots have tons of games. But getting daily bonuses is tough.

Roxy Palace have just confirmed they are staying in the UK.

They are an excellent Microgaming casino, not quite in 32 Red's league imo, but possibly the best of the rest (that are staying!)

Fast payouts, friendly cs and they offer 25 percent bonuses most days to existing players. In fact if I had any criticism it would be that they could maybe mix this up a bit (eg. the occasional 50 percent or even 100 percent bonus would be nice) but anyway their regular 25 percent bonuses sounds like it's just up your street?

You may have missed the fact that the OP is in Canada! :p
Therefore he can chose to play at just about any MG casino.

I can't really give any advice from a player perspective as my personal MG play in the last few years has been mostly Ladbrokes (RIP) and 32Red. I have played a quite a few others too - but usually only for one deposit so I can't gauge how they would treat me as a long-term player.

Ah yes I did miss that crucial detail...

Well in that case Vegas Palms is another MG viper that gives a lot of decent bonuses and promos to regulars. Sadly now uninstalled fom my UK computer.

But OP i do hope you ultimately hang on in there with 32 Red. They are the 'Rolls Royce of MG Vipers'.

Spin Palace is in the "Reservation" https://www.casinomeister.com/grey-zone-casinos/

They were Accredited for over a decade, but they lost interest in dealing with players, and were also relatively unresponsive to webmaster issues. So they were removed from the Accredited section.

Now they have been merged with another casino group - and he casino rep in the forum is a bit more responsive so we may see them come back on board. Probably in the next couple of weeks or so - we'll see.

You could try Fortune Lounge group (Royal Vegas, 7 Sultans, Platinum Play, Vegas Palms, Euro Palace).
They are accredited, and very good for bonuses. Deposit bonus pretty much every day, Calendars, Free spins etc.
Just keep in mind that some offers can only be used once across the group.

avoid spin palace

And heres my story

received email with offer so downloaded logged in read terms and conditions of offer and took it up
100% bonus at 35x wagering even said so in terms and conditions in the lobby.
noticed something while playing bonus was not dropping as it should be didn't ad up.
contacted support and they got my deposit amount wrong and wagering amount wrong i informed them of this.
next day i contact support again trying to get some kind of answer and i end up getting called a liar and all this other crap by the casino so much bullshit
i and yes i blocked my account there and will never return. spin palace where fine but now a joke.
reason they called my a liar was because i didn't correct the first support guy on the actual wagering amount they where calling my a dodgy player
until i posted the part of the chat where i was trying to correct the guy.
That shut them up never been so insulted..

Great advice, thanks guys. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Spin Palace, I had no issues with support or the wagering requirements, I just don't like a 50X playthrough versus a 30X playthrough.
They have recently adopted a new bonus structure, and while it's neat that you can cash out at virtually any time now.....the bonus portion actually grows with every win though, so you really need to play the 50X if you want to cash most of your winnings. Spin palace is trying very hard I think, they offer good not stellar customer service (spoiled by 32Red and others in the past) and they offer between 75%-100% up to $100 to silver players anyways on a daily basis. I was honestly surprised they weren't on the list here. Nice to see they are moving towards that. Speaking from personal experience, I think the last month or two anyways after playing there near every day, they deserve to be recognized here. I wont stop playing there, I am just looking for a new place to call "home"
Funny thing happened, after posting this originally, I tried my luck with a deposit at 32Red. I promptly hit a 23/25 split on So Much Sushi (the newest game) and had a great customer service experience yet again on my cashout of $1000.00. It's like a sign from above telling me to gravitate to 32Red....but still so mad I was removed from getting promotions at the sister sites....when EVERYONE I referred to them still get these offers. I wasn't abusing the bonus offers, I would take whatever came along, 25% 50% and yes sometimes 100%....oh well.
Interesting to see someone recommend the Vegas Palms casino group, I always was leery of them...will check them out closer.

Am surprised to be the first to say - Really, 32red bonus banned you?! I've never heard of them doing that to anybody! Was there definitely no specific allegation of you abusing the bonuses other than you switching between different casinos in the group to take advantage of the best daily offers? I just find it so strange, especially due to 25-100pc offers that usually have a fairly low maximum deposit for max bonus. How long ago did this happen and have you considered asking if they might reconsider?

They bonus banned me at 3 of the 4 casinos, this after depositing many thousands with the group. Still haven't been able to get a straight answer out of anyone, including Jonathan as to why....only speculation. All I ever did was deposit a dozen or more times a week with the group, obviously choosing a 50% over a 10% etc. Now I simply don't deposit there as much, if at all.

That will be your downfall.

You are supposed to "take the rough with the smooth", so things would probably have been different had you deposited for ALL the offers, rather than just picking the best from the four on offer. Also, 32Red do not really take into account whether or not you have been winning or losing, so you won't get bonus banned just because you happened to take the best of four and manage to get well ahead. This is why "depositing many thousands" does not appear to have made a difference.

However, you should get a better response from CS, such as suggesting that your accounts will be reviewed after a further couple of months if you play in a more "recreational manner".

There is a problem with this because playing "recreationally" means taking the bonuses, which is hard to do, and demonstrate, when you are bonus banned.

The best way forward would probably be to play elsewhere for a while, but keep the 32Red accounts open. If 32Red do some non bonus promos, such as paid for MPV tournaments, you could take part as a way of showing "recreational intent", and give them some data for a future account review.

As it seems they have only applied the ban at 3 of the 4 casinos, it does suggest strongly that the reason was you picking the best of 4, rather than how you played the offer you picked. They certainly have a rule of "one welcome bonus across the whole group", although they sometimes waive this rule on a case by case basis. The one account that still offers bonuses is the one you can play to demonstrate that you are prepared to "take the rough with the smooth". If you only take the few 100% offers on this account, ignoring the rest, you will probably end up with a complete bonus ban.

Actually, I would deposit on all available offers in a given day. If 32 has a 10%, Dash a 25% and Golden Lounge a 50% I would do all 3. Often there was only a bonus at one not all of them, and I would still deposit on the bonus at dash or golden lounge, but turn around and make another deposit out of promotion at 32 red. I would only deposit at Dash and Golden as an extra incentive to make multiple deposits within the same group. Now instead of multiple deposits within the group..... I do the 10, 25 50 or 100% at 32 red, and then move on to the competition. There are literally dozens of bonuses available each and every day. I prefer to stay with 1 group, but why would I forego a match offer. The market is competitive enough to get one. I think it was silly to remove me from eligibility at the other casinos, because as a group, they now get a significant amount less of deposits. I'm just puzzled how a casino with a reputation such as theirs would pull this kind of tactic, and not be up front about it.

OP mentions 32Red.
I have noticed that 32Red seem to stick to the rules a lot. Like for instance I asked them for a match bonus on my birthday and they said no.
If you are looking for a casino that will top up your loyalty points or grant you out of the blue bonuses on request etc. 32Red in my experience is not the place. (Unless you happen to be Club Rouge.)
I don't believe that many casinos nowadays would be that open-handed with customers.

I have heard from credible sources that 32Red bonus ban people who abuse their promotions. But, this is the first time I have heard of them bonus banning people for only taking the 100% or 50% bonuses.

EDIT: I should mention 32Red have cut me some slack twice in the past and I am thankful for this. :)
