I have tried to download microgaming casinos to my new HP OMEN windows 10 desktop a few times but just wont work right. the casino actually downloads but only a few games will load, and no matter how long I wait, the rest wont load.

does anyone else have this problem? does anyone know how I can get these casinos to fully load?:)

I know Harry had this problem recently and I've had it too.
Go in and see if the download have stopped on a certain game. If it has you can see it because it keeps on trying.
In that case it's files missing from that game and it prevents the rest from downloading.

One solution is to open the MG folder and delete the files for that particular game. You have to make sure that hidden files are visible to be able to see them. It won't solve the problem though because it comes back with the next update.
Or you wait for the next update and hope it will solve itself.
Also try the Repair function in the MG folder. It has worked sometime.

    :D hey ty Tirilej,

i have tried the repair thingy several times, it helps to download one more game at a time. Well, i should say it seems to help download one more but the whole downloading starts over, kinda hard to explain but really doesnt work.

thank you for the tip on deleting the individual game in the folder. i will try this tonight and hopefully it works.

Indeed i had the issue with 32RED, which is the only download MG is use these days.

What helped was to first uninstall the Viper client, delete everything related to 32RED, even emptied cookies/cache and flushed the DNS cache, switched off Avira Antivir, installed the casino again and "voila" within a few minutes (actually, don't know how long as i started playing and didn't watch it) all games downloaded.

What part made the difference, i honestly can't say but the combination has worked. :)

DNS cache is storing the location of the servers of the websites you visit.

Clearing it is pretty easy in W10.

I hope so too, because obviously you didn't have the problem with a specific game that was stuck, or you would have seen it.

New problems it is then, and for good and bad it rarily effects more than a few :)

    hi Ekopr,

:confused:no I cant figure it out. damn basically spent 1800 on a computer that I don't really use much except for playtech and videoslots. I don't know why microgaming wont work for me on windows 10. kind of gave up trying to download after I tried all of the above tips.

I had similar problems on a fresh win 10 install on a new PC, just kept trying, rebooting and retrying, I put it down to core files not being available locally and it just was not downloading them or taking a long time to download but eventually they all worked.
