Hi there

I keep playing 32Red slots very very often but lately i am going through (slot)hell whenever i make a deposit and start playing. I asked 32Red live chat for the RTP and steve told me that my RTP for this month is just under 90%. The RTP for my session today was 74% (230 Euro deposit, 1.00/Spin), yesterday 2 x 100 deposit, 91% RTP. It seems that the RTP is going down the more i deposit. Sometimes i need up to 400 spins before i get a feature. I don't say that i am not winning, i've had a few nice runs the past 6 months and i managed to cash out a few times but of course i lost much much more, i am down 8000. I would like to know if i am the only one who thinks that microgaming is greedy those days ? I never managed to receive a nice bet x 2000 hit since i started playing microgaming 9 years ago. When i tried NetEnt it took < 800 spins on DoA to receive a nice 0.90 x 4850 hit. It's a shame for microgaming that i even get more playtime when i play bossmedia.

i agree they seem to have tightened up a lot dont know about all there games as i only play thunderstruck 9 linergame this year its been rubbish ive had a few 100 deposit sessions recently at 90 c spin and ive gone through it in 5 minutes last month deposited 500 euros in 2 hours and had an rtp of 63percent for that session but the thing with 32 red they will always help out with free chips if you have a bad session or bad runs they are without doubt the bestout there for me anyway like i said before xmas had a few nice little withdrawels from a 50 euro deposit and managed to cash out 1000 3 times so cant complain so times rtp for sessions is hard as on small deposits i usually deposit 50 a time at 90 c sometimes ill hit the feature first few spins other times itll go 300 spins with no feature but lately i seem to be unable to build up any sort of amount to be able to cashout hopefully your luck will change and at least if you do win you know you will be paid just my tuppenence worth

I've never even got over x1000 on MG playing a similar number of years. And not many wins over bet x500.
You didn't say which slots you are playing, but it sounds like you only go for the very highest variance ones. That being the case, it's not surprising that your RPT figures are always lower than average. If you DID hit the Big One your RTP would go shooting up into the many 100%'s.

I do know that 32Red is a great casino and that they are very generous, i also do know that people win a lot there. I'm not saying that i do not have nice runs, i cashed out 6.975 this year...and maybe it could have been more. But hey, my total deposits since january 1st = 14k +

I play all slots, i do not have a 'special' slot or something. I like immortal romance or break the bank but most of the time i start with 25 line slots like isis, silver fang or first past the post. When i deposit 100/200 i start at 1.00 bet size, if the balance goes up i increase my bets.

Maybe i should only play the 243 line slots + max. bet.

I used to think MG was tight as hell. That was before I tried RTG. Different softwares work for different people. I'm ahead at 32 Red. Really is the luck of the draw.

I noticed you play Immortal Romance BDBA. Those two are really a bitch of a game. The variance is so high that as KK said I'm not surprised you're RTP is not what it should be.

I don't know how aggressively you play, or if you up your bets if things are good. If you take a bonus or not. Sessions when we lose, and lose and lose again can be disheartening. Or we win, but not quite enough, or lose it before making playthrough.

Immortal Romance has not been kind to me. Break the Bank Again has NEVER busted out the big one for me. Or the next biggest one, or the one after that, or the one below that in freespins.

Had a cold start to last year, big win in July to make up for it, and then months of pretty much running even or up a bit over a week or two of deposits. A couple of days over the holidays where it felt like 32Red was a personal ATM.

Then a bit where I had a bankroll and set my cashout higher and never cashed out. Then even lowering my goals where I was never ahead session after session. And bang, a killer run on a $10 deposit just this month. Couple of great runs on small amounts I failed to cashout, where I'm sure my returns are very high nineties. A modest cashout to make up for a bit of that.

If you play long enough, even 99.5% return will make the casino money.

I have asked for RTP elsewhere after winning sessions, I'm very often surprised to realize that a 10x deposit withdrawal is only an overall RTP of 103% or so.

If you are not having fun, deposit less or less often. Or maybe not at all, your choice.

But MG slots are the same across all MG casinos, I don't think you'll find better out there than 32Red for MG.

well my rtp was 46% over the last few months and 24% on my last deposit, not that many deposits though so I am not to worried, I love 32red but the rolling reels problem stops me playing there

If you're going to do that, you'd better start depositing 1000/2000 a time... :eek2:
Nearly all the 243 way slots are high variance, especially IR, TS2, TDK & TFROL.

I don't really understand the importance of RTP. We all know it takes a gazillion billion spins for this to make any real difference to anything.

I think it is important you either buy into the fact you're getting a 'fair game' or not. If the answer is no, you shouldn't be playing there. Analysing short bursts of spins or statistics is IMHO pointless, and frankly depressing.

FWIW, Microgaming (and 32RED in particular) for me at least feel like the most trustworthy of the lot.

I know that for the most part they are going to have the shirt off my back, that's how this gambling thing works. I know that I've got a fair chance however of at some point at least winning my shoes back. :D

Unless the nature of the 'unfairness' creates an opportunity to benefit in certain circumstances.

I'm not stating that it does, I'm saying that the line that is constantly used on this forum 'if you don't think it's fair don't play there' is too cut and dried and doesn't allow for the idea that anywhere there is a created imbalance (other examples would include the financial markets, a real world casino with a biased roulette wheel etc) then there may be an opportunity.

Oh, yes, absolutely. It definitely goes on - I'm sure of it. There's documentary evidence of casino 'cheating'.

Microgaming don't though. I'm sure of it, or else I wouldn't play there.

I just find it insane that people say something is doing them out of their money when it is absolutely entirely, explicitly and openly designed to do precisely that.

Right, first I state a disclaimer - this post is relating to my experiences and not necessarily in context with what the OP has stated!

I played first with 32red about 3 years ago, and found even low rolling, over 4k of deposits averaging £100 each and playing the same games in the same order as with other MG casinos I joined, I rarely got a deposit into profit at any point. I made about 3 or 4 smallish w/d's and about 40 deposits. I quit the site. After the 2 years had expired, I opened another account (because being a good site plus random I surely couldn't suffer as much again!?) and found exactly the same pattern occurring. It seemed to me that although (as people will point out it's the same MG download as elsewhere) that, if such a thing were possible, 32red were running a 'high variance' version of the MG casino.

On the second account too I found it almost impossible to cashout, and I'm a player that cashes out once I double my deposit and play then the 75% system, which means that after doubling any deposit I play on until I go down to 75% of the peak amount I have reached. If that peak say rises to 404 pounds, I'll cashout at 303. If before the amount drops to 303 I hit a decent run and peak at 500, then my cashout point changes to 375, and so-on.

Compared to over 30 MG casinos I have been a member of in the past, 32red had a complete dearth of w/d opportunities. Once I was again over 3.5k down on the second one, I actually requested my overall RTP from CS and it was around 84%, which is pretty bad over so many spins. That very night I had a big hit for 2250 on BDBA and cashed out 1900, then closed again. Overall that had put my overall RTP back up to 92% but still well short of the TRTP and this was over quite a long period and a big sample.

This is not a 'foil-hat' post but a synopsis of the facts as far as my experiences went. I still think they're the best MG casino, but the way the site played was bad both times, and something that only happened twice in the other 30-odd MG's I have played at. That it happened BOTH times at 32red was striking me as a bit funny...

I wouldn't normally comment on 'bad luck' stories like the OP's, but I have to confess that it struck a chord with me, and we have seen several threads started on here concerning 'unusual' bad luck on that particular site which we don't get so much as regards the rest of them. One might say that that is because 32red have more players and therefore more possibilities of this, but I'm not so sure. Strange.

Slots built Las Vegas. They don't have 'memories', they don't remember who put what in and when. They just keep some of the money that is put in due to the reel layouts and random number generator. The casino will generally keep between say 2% and 10% over infinite spins depending on the slot. That's a lot of money.

There will be endless experiences like yours, and endless where fifty quid was chucked in and a big payout on the first spin. Or the second. Or whatever - and every single imaginable combination and experience in between.

Microgaming produce auditable, reliable slots - that are principally designed to be good fun for the player and to make as much money as possible for the casino. 32Red provide stellar customer service, regular bonuses and unrivalled MG withdrawal timescales.

For anyone who understands slot machines and enjoys playing online - there is literally nothing they could or should change to make the experience better.

I agree with OP. Had a few very very bad runs recently on 32 red but yet one good run when I was able to withdraw with a decent win. Although they have a very good service, and will give you complementary bonuses when you're having some bad sessions it just seems impossible to win there. Every time I start to build up there's like few hundreds or even thousands of spins without a feature, or a decent win. Very bad experience for me. I deleted my account just now permanently and left them with a sum of my 5 paychecks. Don't play there.

32 Red is the only MG casino I'll play at. I'm well ahead. I've done better at 32 Red than any other MG casino. I play what I can afford to play at sensible bets.

Even when I don't win which is most of the time (when I win I win BIG) I get a reasonable amount of play time for my money. I play for entertainment. I play money because without the chance of winning there's really no substance to the game.

I've won big off small deposits a fair amount of times. Have you considered taking a break, I take breaks occasionally when I've been on a real bad loosing streak swearing not to play again. Then I'll make a small deposit and win again. It's the luck of the draw.

This seems to be a common complaint since the recent micro gaming software update. Not just at 32red but many micro gaming sites. Wonder if at all related or just normal sad because lost.:what:

The updates are completely unrelated to TRTP of the games.

MGS have stated that their games have only one TRTP setting and it cannot be altered i,e. the same wherever you play them.

If you believe otherwise, you should consider not gambling. I know I would.

Thanks for clearing that up Nifty! :p

On the up side you always hear the positives about 32red staff and their willingness to help players which is an epic advantage :D

Stop playing :eek2:

I am not sure if they meant theoretical RTP or actual RTP. If they meant actual RTP, then you are right but i feel it was about TRTP.

In that case, I suggest you ask them for clarification.

If the figure is listed in the monthly RTP/audit figures, or advertised on the website for promotional purposes, then it is almost certainly the RTP and not the TRTP (the former is variable, the latter is fixed)

That's a shame!

Yes, maybe i should ask them for clarification, but slots are not my taste. Just happened to read the subject here and remembered i`ve seen different figures for that purpose. Maybe my memory is poor, might be. Anyway, im more into table games and craps with real dice.

Just an interesting fact for the CM members: any of you is curious to find out what does it mean MUIELUMATACM?

I bet you don't want to find out!

I have played at many MG casino's and never found a difference in payout.Sometimes I was lucky in one and unlucky in another.
I have played 8 years at 32Red, but unfortunately they (and other MG casino's) are banned in my country.

I have right now a problem with Redbet casino, about only 20 euro that they have to pay me back, but after 3 days the problem still is not solved:mad:
I have sent all possible documents, but I still am in a ping- pong game:mad:

I know that the same problem with 32Red would have been solved in less than 1 minute by Pat Harrison, who is a great manager and always will listen to your complaints and give you feedback.

Once you are no longer able to play at 32Red, you will realize what a great casino it is,and how important good customer service is!!!

... as recently independently verified as well!

To be honest, I've always found Redbet to be excellent as well though in the short time I've played there. I've never made a withdrawal, but the rep here is super efficient so maybe worth dropping him a note.
