Hi,

I received the exact same email nearly 2 weeks ago (saying I was banned for taking too many promotions and they would pay my account balance back to me). I needed to verify my bank card with them before they would pay. I sent them the images of the card straight away, but I am yet to hear back from them. I've emailed them 2 more times to try to get them to respond but they are just ignoring me. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I have not been paid, and have not been told if my account is verified yet. I have not heard from them again. I can't find any other way to contact them... any ideas?

Yeah, I kinda worked that out for myself mate. That's why I spoke (complained) to their CEO about it in London AC back in February. Let's just say the response was along the lines of '"So what? The bonus hunters are your unprofitable players which you earn little or nothing from anyway..."
Did he give a reason why they close ALL accounts on their network, rather than just bonus-ban a player?

I received my money.
They not only fall under "Cadell Limited N.V.", but also under "Imperium Network Solutions Limited Casinos".

I find that very confusing.

Since I have reached 50 euros more than 2,500 you will be banned, yes?
That is funny

This is not true as I got bonus banned from the casino group after losing a 1500€ euro deposit
