Hello everybody.

I registered 3 days ago with "Miami Dice" and paid 50 €. I received the welcome bonus (200%)
After several hours of playing I had successfully implemented the bonus and was able to pay more than 2500 €.
Now I got an e-mail:

Dear ....
After a review of your account by our compliance and risk team, it has become clear that you are attempting to abuse promotions.
As per clause 15.2 of the General Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason. Therefore, the following actions have been taken:

Any remaining funds in your account have been returned to you - 2,543.85 EUR.

You are banned from the group.

If you attempt to open any further accounts on the Network they will be terminated and any funds accumulated will be confiscated. A list of sites can be seen by following this link: ....

What does that mean for me? Will I receive my money?
I did not do anything wrong, I also read the bonus rules and did not break. Why is one blocked at all casinos of this group? Just because you won something? I still have accounts in a couple of other casinos (3-4) of this group but have not won much ... mostly lost and that was apparently ok for them.
I just knew beforehand that they pay off VERY slowly and have a very long pending phase. I never liked that there.
But now just locking my accounts and being banned by the whole group ... I've never experienced anything like that.

I hope that I get my money!!!

Does anyone else have problems with this group?

Looks like they intend to pay you. But you will not be able to play at any of their casinos, and it is a very long list. You might not be blocked if you attempt to sign up at one, but any future winnings would be denied. So make sure you check the terms to see if they belong to the Caddell group. Hope you are in profit overall across the brand.

There have been a few threads about them banning players who won.

Why is that?
For me it is rather illogical if they exclude you for a bigger profit immediately from the whole group. Sounds like they're intentionally going broke ;-)

I just hope I can still get my money

Same old same old from this group. If there just going to ban people that win then why don't they not offer the deposit bonus. I find it ridiculous that this group bans your account for winning. How is it bonus abuse? Oh you manged a withdrawal from bonus fund ay???? Why you evil bonus abuser, YOUR BANNED!!! Ludicrous

Yes, it is really ridiculous.
They like to take money from players who lose, otherwise you're out of it.

It should be made more public so no one pays more there, I think

If they are paying and banning a player they must have very good reasons to conclude that OP is a bonus abuser. Else they'd just pay him and wait for him to redeposit it all back like most players do.

Is one a bonus abuser when accepting the welcome bonus?
I do not think so

There are so many threads about this over the past couple of years, I think the casino doesn't understand that players sometimes get lucky. Not just new posters, but our senior members too. Maybe they only want players that always play it back during pending periods.

I think so.
Otherwise they would not have that.

Nevertheless, right away in all casinos banish that ... just because you do not play immediately and waiting for the win VERY long.

You withdraw and then cancel to play it all back - sure carry on taking our bonuses. You withdraw and redeposit for another bonus - bonus banned. Don't think they get that is the risk you take in offering bonuses, same as the other casinos.

OK, this happens as the group has 30-ish casinos, ALL of whom offer a 35xD+B sign-up offer with some actually unlimited first deposit amounts. Thereafter you tend to find you get bonus offers with only 35xB wagering which is very decent nowadays. As there are no restrictions across the group as to how many you can claim, they are quite sensitive to players repeatedly making bonus-only deposits and do ban them. Don't worry about your cash-out as they ALWAYS pay out before/when actioning this ban. Your money's safe.

So that means: Had I lost, I would not have been banned!
Since I have reached 50 euros more than 2,500 you will be banned, yes?
That is funny

No, they do ban people after losing - it's the frequency of bonus taking that's the key.

It was the welcome bonus there.
I have playthrough the bonus, All bets with 3-5€ per spin, not more. As i read the terms.

If I had made one mistake, they would have confiscated my winnings and of course I could have kept playing and would not have been banned, right?
The ban happens only if customers do everything right and no mistake.

That's how I see it!!!

It's every casino's right to bonus-ban anyone they want to.
The point is with this group, they they don't just bonus-ban you. They ban you completely from playing at, or signing up at any of their sites, even just for straight cash deposits.

So they make themselves broke, right? ^^

So far I have not experienced anyone who drives his business "deliberately" against the wall ;-)
That's new for me ^^

It could be the amount you won, compared to your deposit.
If your normal deposit is €50, it's going to take 50 deposits of €50 for them to get their money back, and from those 50 deposits, you're more than likely to make a few withdrawals along the way.
With a bet sizes of €3-€5 you may get an even bigger withdrawal next time.
They probably prefer customers who deposit €50 and spin at 20c

I very much doubt it considering that until recently this group enforced a minimum £1 stake when under a WR....

Then must be in the conditions: max bet = 0.50 € Not 5,00 € So I did not do anything wrong

I'd have thought you'd be more concerned about the situation - from an affiliate's point of veiw
If a player signs up using your links, to 6 (of the 27 currently active sites), loses steadily on all sites, giving you a steady income. Then wins big on one site, and gets banned.
You lose all 6 income streams.

There isn't even anything in their T&C to warn customers that all their accounts will be closed, from merely taking too many bonuses, or winning too often from bonuses.
All that's listed in the promotional abuse and irregular play section are examples of 'actual' abuse

Promotional Abuse and Irregular Play

Last updated on 28th February 2018 (version 1.0)

1.1
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud and/or other suspicious activity and we reserve the right to block and remove bonuses, associated winnings and/or deposits from accounts that are involved in such activities or behaviours. Examples of such activities or behaviours are outlined in clause 1.3 below.

1.2
We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs at our discretion from time to time. You hereby consent in advance to the same. If, upon such a review, it appears that you are participating, or attempting to participate, in strategies that are (a) promotional abuse; and/or (b) irregular play; we reserve the right to deny, withhold, revoke or withdraw your entitlement to any promotion, winnings or bonus, or terminate your access to the Website and/or block your account.

1.3
Examples of promotional abuse and/or irregular play:

(i) Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached as per the Terms of Use including the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and/or any other applicable promotional terms and conditions.

(ii) There is any evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers (e.g. where common wagering patterns across the same have been identified across accounts to take advantage of an offer), which due to a promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, we reserve the right to confiscate or void the winnings.

(iii) “Delayed winnings”, for example, while playing a game, a "free spin" or "bonus" feature is initiated with bonus or cash funds, then the player steps out of the “free spin” or “bonus” feature bonus by closing the game and moving to another game. The player then goes back to the original game to complete the “free spin” or “bonus” feature at a later time in circumstances such as after the bonus money has been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash.

(iv) “State Game Abuse” where the use of bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (for example, collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (for example, playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. These games include, but are not limited to Beautiful Bones, Big Bang, Boxo, Castle Builder I, Castle Builder II, Champion of the Track, Cook Buck, Crime Scene, Dallas, Devils Delight, Dragons Myth, EggOMatic, Forsaken Kingdom, Fruits Gone Wild, Lucky Angler, Peek-a-Boo, Relic Raiders, Robin Hood, Scrooge, Stardust, The Lost Riches of Amazon, The Wish Master, Tomb Raider Secret of the Sword, Tower Quest, Untamed Bengal Tiger, Untamed Crowned Eagle, Untamed Giant Panda, Untamed Wolf Pack, Valkyries of Odin & White Rabbit.

(v) “Bets on Table” leaving large bets on a table, for example in Blackjack, and then returning at a later time in circumstances such as after the bonus money has been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash to complete the bet.

(vi) Depositing and withdrawing funds shortly after, for example, deposit funds to receive free spins, and then wager your deposit just over 1 time your deposit value, initiate a withdrawal and then initiate your free spins.

(vii) Whether known or unknown to us, taking advantage of any software or system bug, loophole, fault, error or failure including, but not limited to, in respect to any game.

Yeah, I kinda worked that out for myself mate. That's why I spoke (complained) to their CEO about it in London AC back in February. Let's just say the response was along the lines of '"So what? The bonus hunters are your unprofitable players which you earn little or nothing from anyway..."

He's got a point but I still maintained I wasn't happy with it and indeed got a person on here reinstated who liked playing at the Caddells. I like them too, but personally seldom take bonuses so haven't been sanctioned.
