MGS deposit problems, use at your own risk

    Something has been changing on MGS casinos in regard to Skrill, and possibly other options that I don't use. Use at your own risk.

    Last Wednesday morning I deposited 50.00 to Crazy Vegas, but the funds never made it to my account. I thought I may have closed the cashier too fast, so I waited a half hour, still nothing.

    Thinking it was an isolated incident (never happened before), I deposited another 20.00 so I could play and guess what, missing again. I got the usual smoke blown up my ass from live chat that it was a Skrill problem, even though I received the send money confirmation emails, and the CV transaction IDs were there in my Skrill account history.

    Now I'm out 70.00 in cyberspace, and informed that they will escalate it to the finance department and they would contact me when they got in 8-9 hours later! Long story short(er) the 50.00 made it to my account on Thursday morning, the 20.00 not until Friday morning and in true MGS fashion, it didn't last long.

    Friday evening I decided to play again, and deposited another 50.00, again using Skrill, waited for the screen to finish loading, and got the message "Your Skrill deposit is pending". Yes, it happened again.

    Now, because their finance department doesn't work weekends, I didn't get my "Instant" Skrill deposit in my account until Tuesday morning, with lots of smoke enemas and sincere apologies in between. Unacceptable! I thought, I will never play there again if this is a common occurrence.

    In between, I made a few small Skrill deposits at different MGS with no issue, except one at 7Sultans, where the pending message showed up, but the funds made it to my account within 2 minutes. RTG have had no issues at all, which tells me it's not Skrill.

    It is now Thursday, and 3 hours ago I attempted a Skrill deposit on 7Sultans for 100.00. You guessed it, pending message and no funds in my account. Live chat was equally as useless as before, assuring me it was just a lag and the money would be there soon. My email to support has had no response nor have the funds appeared after 3 hours.

    As before, I got the send money confirmation email, my Skrill account shows the Skrill transaction ID#, the 7S transaction ID#, and I checked the transaction and it shows: "This transaction is processed and has been credited to the recipient's account. You may wish to confirm this with the recipient."

    Of course Live chat is telling me that is a Skrill problem, they do the transactions. More foggy enema from a minimum wage chat monkey. Now I suppose I will have to wait 24 hours or more for my "Instant" deposit to materialize.

    There is a problem with the system with multiple MGS receiving and confirming these transactions. My favorite deposit method no longer lists Skrill and thinking back, every deposit I have made since this has changed has been a problem.

    They have changed or are changing something in the deposit confirmation system that is causing this on the casino's end.

    Use Skrill at MGS at your own risk.
