Has any player from Europe played at MGM internet casino? Americans are not playing there but do any Europe players have spend time there? Is it good and okay?

I know that German and French aren't allowed either and they won't let you open an account. I don't know which countries are allowed, but a post at Winneronline said that only 7 countries actually ARE allowed.
