Is this for real? MGM have launched a casino online? I thought it wasn't due for a while yet. It's at

I cant find anywhere on their site that they dont accept customers from the us. I think theres a basic disclaimer on all casino sites stating basically that if its not legal where u live you cant play - but ive even received checks from some places that have that disclaimer. I sent an email to them asking if they do accept us and I;ll post their answer when i get it. i am gonna try out their free games though cause they certainly look different!

They even stated in an e-mail to me that I can't play because I'm from Germany (and play from France is forbidden, too). I did ask something completely different but they stated this in the answer.
I think they take this serious, and won't let you open an account. If they do, they can hold back your winnings - as stated in the Terms&Conditions.

As I will be in Vegas soon, the land based Comp Offers would have been very interesting. Are there any other Vegas Casinos with land-based promos instead of bonus ?
