hey you all. I wonder if somebody recognize this experience with MGA: I wonder if they are still active on their complaint services??? Their live chat is gone and nobody responses on my e-mails for update on my cases.
My last contact was april 19th 2018, while the teammanager said I have to be patience about my 2 cases. I never heard again. I did not mail them either untill februari this year, but I hear nothing at all now. Before they always responded.
Does somebody knows if they still help customers?
I had a few rotten months in 2017. I have learned I gambled severely in very stressfull personal situations only two casinos acted unfairly knowing they earn the most with troubled people and acting like they care, but the real actions are fake in my opinion: lucky casino and casino cruise.
The good news is, you can help yourself by quitting gambling, just like quitting smoking. Just read alan carr free online. Its the same with gambling! It helped me and it can help you too!! Gambling addiction is the same as every other addiction. Just try...to reprogram yourself by reading that book for free.
The good thing coming out of this i SE everywhere with gambling problems and stopped thx to alan carr book.
The bad news is I am still in financial troubles cause of one day in augustus 2017 and a week end of october- nov 4th 2017. Can’t reverse that, played myself, but some casinos should act more responsible instead of just saying in their terms. A lot of them do like slotsmillion or videoslots, but Viral limited openly and casino cruise sneakily are going to far in pushing you for losses, while you can’t control. When you want to protect yourself and think you acted like that by wanting your accounts closed in my opinion it is immoral to make profit out of that.
Did MGA quit players complaints services??? I strongly hope not, i have solid cases here upon their regulations.
Or is it normal it takes this long?
