MG software - Technical problems I think at Fortune Room

So I made a deposit of 20 at Fortune Room(Fortune Lounge). My balance was 0 when I deposited. I played 2 games Baccarat Gold and then Paigow Poker at $20 and $39 respectively. My balance went up to 76 but then I noticed that there was a bonus balance most probably stemming from earlier bonuses. I contacted support several times and was told there was an outstanding Paigow game of $10. I may have played at an earlier session but this was played out and there was no outstanding game. If there were such a game I wouldn't be able to place a fresh $39 bet on the game. The support staff insisted I still had an outstanding game at Paigow so I believe that we are actually seeing different things at our respective ends.

This is likely to be the result of an upgrade in the software. Previously, after finishing a slot game you are directed back to the slot exactly where you left off with the bet size intact. Now there are some slots where the bet size is reset to its default bet size when you play. In addition there is an image which shows one of the earlier game you played which vanishes as you enter the slot.

So something is certainly amiss.

with bets i didnt get any problem at fl
but when trying to launch the casino, it appeared a message saying "repair" the software, than, "try again later"
only happened in 7 sultans not on any another mg casino

Half a dozen emails to and fro yet the issue remains unresolved. They insist I have an uncompleted hand in play but when I logged into the casino it wasn't the case. I told them its possibly an MG software error but they refused to believe it. I also gave them the session no..

Perhaps give the casino the right to go into your account and look for themselves. I have a recurring issue at 32Red of an unfinished game. I've given permission a few times for them to go look themselves, and so many of the reps know right from the start why I might be there they have it fixed while I'm typing my request. They have asked for help from MG, finally got a "patch" before Xmas, but next new game update brought it back.

Ask them to forfeit the game round and credit the bet value back to your account - that's the simplest thing.

Edit: Apologies, my post has annoyed fortunelounge somewhat, I wasn't commenting on how anyone runs their business or trying to stick my nose in, I was genuinely trying to help both parties with a suggestion. I am suitably chastised and will refrain in future.

It seems the phantom game error is spreading. MGS have already admitted that multi play slots had a bug where another player's actions could leave a phantom trace in an account that could cause resurrection of a bonus WR.

This seems different. An unfinished game shows in the system, but this is not presented to the player as it should be when they enter the game, thus new games can be played whilst the unfinished game remains inaccessible.

CS are another component of the problem. They are dismissing such complaints as "impossible", thus they are never resolved without going over their heads, so this is what is going to be needed, a direct contact with the FL rep who is pretty active here, and could get this fixed, and the issue escalated to MGS.

There is only one paigow game, and it isn't multi player.

Did I miss something? I don't see the need for you to apologise for helping Chu here - We are a community and I don't see your comments as derogatory, flaming or even cynical.

Reps often help with suggestions ... Yours was Genuinely trying to help!

No skin off my nose since I can't play MG anymore, but ... come onnnnnnn.... the software has had this sort of 'unfinished game' or wagering not complete on a bonus (though played to zero balance) glitch/bug for years - for so many years it was cropping up while USA could play MG.

7 sultans does not open in my computer
other mgs (including royal vegas) yes, 7 sultans not

yesterday, i tried to open and it appeared me a window saying the software was repairing, than appeared (a window like when is installing the casino) unesucefull try again later, tried later and it appeared reapir sucefull, after that the casino no longer opened

Thanks to Wim the 'bonus' has been reinstated back to cash and I also got a comp for the inconvenience. What bugs me though is how the software leads the casino and player to have different versions. I did not have an outstanding PP hand whereas on the casino's side a host of their support staff confirmed that there was such a hand. Player and casino would not be able to come to terms easily this way and a lesser group than Fortune Lounge would easily say the player is lying.

PS. Thanks for the support Redbet-Andy. Don't feel aggrieved. You only tried to help me. Please continue to do so for other members as well.
