How is it MG new games are so bad?
I have, without fail, been slaughtered by every batch of new releases.
They are also so dull in the main.
Lumbercats is just completely pointless.

I mean I managed one pathetic bonus round on lumbercats but failed to get any bonus or free spin rounds on the other 2 new releases.
Here is a screenshot of the usual bullshit 25% returns which used to be known as a rip off but are now known as high variance.:machinegu

111 spins and I couldn't hit one win of x2 bet playing 9 lines?
Indefensible.

MGS have really let their standards slip over the last couple of Years.
We used to have exciting smooth running games that seemed reasonably fair with decent returns.
Now we get jerky graphics with God knows what calculations going on in the background and in my case pathetic returns.

There is a huge gap in the market for a software company with vision.

Wagerworks take the trouble to license slots that have proven popular in the B+M casinos. Playtech have come out with some new games recently.

As for Microgaming? 15 skins on 'Thunderstruck'. (yawn) Quantity over quality at mgs.

Yeah the Playtech new games are high variance but they are much better quality than MG's recent efforts.
Wagerworks have good quality but they used to have lower returns although that is definitely not an issue these Days.

well i played with my 125 euro prize scoop the cash and i cashed out 220 :)
i love that slot! i like it very much, it gave me lots of wilds :) i didn't bet high though or i would have gotten atleast 600 to cash out but that's just me, i cannot risk any money. the only thing that i don't like so much about the slot is the dice bonus round, it's kind of crappy but the slot has been good to me this evening :)
scoop the cash

Played Lumbercats at Vip Lounge(jackpotfactory) and.....

Did really well, 100.00 during bonus round(the one with log on reels 1 and 5 and symbol on reel three). Not to say it will pay off good again or elsewhere.

M/G definitely needs to get back to the drawing board, maybe spend some time listening to the voice of the customer than whoring out new clones of old boring games. I would rather see no new games and fresh stuff in 6 mths than scores of the same old crap.

I must admit I have been having an awesome time on 'Scoop the Cash'.
So far $50 has turned into $750. I have hit 5 of the top symbols 3 times and the 'Scoop the Cash' feature keeps coming in about every 20-30 presses.

Hope it stays hot for awhile yet.

Me too. I'm sick and tired of this manure we get from MG every month - as I have been for the last 2 years.

To be fair, they have come out with some excellent slots in that time, but 75% of the new releases have been dross. Where is it going to stop - when they get to 500 slots? 1000? ... :what:

Arghh man there shit again:mad: best whey to find out I suppose as they can only get better from here on out.

I got an email yesterday from a Playtech casino saying they had I think 15 new games coming and seven were slots.

Could it be that Playtech have finally bucked up and are going to release lots more.

At least you almost never get a zero return during free spins at MG unlike Rival where it is common.

LOL, guess you have not played Silver Fang yet then, at least 8 out of 10 freespin rounds pay nothing!
Also, autoplay is useless on that slot as it does not skip the animations, with 50 winlines it takes ages before the next spin triggers.
Its on my blacklist now, never going to play it again.

I'm waiting for the 500 line slot that hits nothing every spin.

How come I don't hear any chatter about NetEnt slots? Their graphics are very good. And about half of their new releases are interesting(fun) The two new games out are Pandoras box and Fortune teller. My experience is that Pandoras Box is "high varrience " to put it politely but Fortune teller is my type. It gives a bonus game every 40 spins. The scatters are scares however, about every 150 spins or more.
I wish I had more $ to play Fortune teller at higher con values.

Micros are just coming out with the games over and over ...they really need to start phasing out some of the ones noone bothers with anymore.

I agree with you completely and if there is such consensus among players as there seems to be why are MG ignoring this free market research?
Where we differ will be that my experience is the returns are generally lower on new slots but then my returns at MG casinos have been consistently poor for over a Year now including my old favourites.

Anyway I had a quick skim through the slots and these are the slots I think merit a new release. (not pointless or awful)
No doubt everyone will have their own list but I think there will be much agreement.
* these are my personal opinion of a deserving releases.

Burning Desire
Cashapillar *
Deck the halls
Fearless Frederick
Flight Zone
Fortune finder
Summer Holiday *
Sunset showdown
Galaxy Grab *
Rat Pack *
Tomb raider SOTS *

That left 22 games or so I thought pointless and then the followng are the abominations that I have wasted my time and money on never to play again.
(generic or pointless or cash vacuums)
* these are the games I hold a special contempt for.

Adventure palace
Beach Babes
Snakes and ladders *
Bomber Girls *
Jellyfish jaunt *
K9 capers *
Lucky shot
Lumbercats *
Monster meteors *
Path of the Penguin *
Sir Winsalot
cunning stunt pilot :eek2:

So from 45 (newish) releases I only rate,
11% as very good or excellent.
13% average
49% pointless
27% complete garbage.

I do like NetEnt however the payouts are generally weak, not the wins, just the pays.

Adventure palace

Adventure Palace is the same paytable/returns/everything as Agent Jane Blonde, Ladies Nite, My Slot, Spring Break, Summertime, Thunderstruck, plus I think some other skins at some specific microgaming groups. Waste of space.....

It is not a perfect list by any means and the clones for me came under the pointless tag but I have no doubt I missed a few.
