On the emails I've been getting from Roxy Casino they make note that there will be new games released on February 1st. They have shown screenshots and described how they work. I wonder if these games will still be released Thursday? I have been waiting until then to deposit. Of course it might be a moot point for me when it happens if the rumors about C2P and MG banning players from the USA are true. Hopefully, posters from other parts of the world will preview these games for us.

I don't think there isn't much to worry about. The rumour is just a rumour, but a number of MG casinos will be leaving the market in the near future. Even so, you should still have a shot at these games at Roxy come Thursday.

And don't forget, you can always play in fun mode. What fun. :D

I saw that they changed registry and folder-system last year.
But when they will start the acton.

What action?!

Well, 4 Frikkin New games every month (or more/less)

They have soon, over 500 games! Yup.... within 1,5 year.

And if you have eg. 4 x MG Casinos.... that is... well... too much!!!

I sent feedback to them last year, and saw some changes...
but still no action. They can use share-system!

damn it.

Wake up MG!!!!

I hope 4 new games keep coming out every month for the next 10 years. I like having more variety.

NEW ONLINE CASINO GAMES RELEASED BY MICROGAMING

Two slots, blackjack and a poker game kick off new games for a new year

Isle of Man-based turnkey provider and online gambling software developer Microgaming has swung into its 2007 games release cycle with four new offerings this week.

Players can chance their luck in the property investment game in a brand new 5 reel, 40 pay-line video slot with plenty of reel estate action called PRIME PROPERTY.

Options include a Top Wild, a Scatter, a Bonus Scatter, Free Spins, and a Bonus Game all delivering an abundance of opportunities to chase the big returns that this portfolio of properties can bring. There's a whole range of investment options for players, including bets of up to 50.00 that can generate winnings in the base game of 15 000.00 and in the generous Free Spins mode very significant returns of up to 120 000.00. The free spins - up to 40 and up to x8 multipliers - can make a major difference to the property prizes players accumulate.

Prime Property offers something that is unique and special in this genre - the Property Pages symbol awards a bonus even before the bonus round has begun. If players are fortunate enough to find 3, 4 or 5 of these bonus scatters they can kick start the bonus game with a boost from a pre-awarded Free Spins and accompanying multipliers.

The arcane world of the Catskills Magic Academy is the setting for the next release, where entertainment and reward abound and players can take their chances on MAGIC SPELL, the latest 5 reel, 25 pay-line slot from Microgaming.

Rewards of up to 100 000.00 in the base game and a further 75 000.00 on the generous bonuses are the bottom line on this video slot with a theme centered on the feline mysteries of the Four Schools of Magic - Arcane, Alchemy, Frost and Fire - under the tutelage of wise old wizard Master Tom.

Magic is the key to the multi-tiered bonuses in this game. If you find the gold key you can unlock the library, filled with secrets and things that go bump in the night but also a choice of dusty spell books with great surprises and entry to more rewarding levels in the game. Find the Winning Crystal Orb to sweep all the valuable contents of a shelf into your prize bag but, beware, if a spell malfunctions, players are out of luck and out of the library.

Whether players lay down a cent or a dollar, this is a game full of excitement - as the reels produce a fast, smooth stream of opportunity and the thrill of taking on Lady Luck in such unique surroundings. The maximum bet is 250.00, but there's a whole range of wagering options to suit every budget.

Blackjack fans will vote Microgamings newly released MULTI-HAND GOLD SERIES as this month's top games offering. With 5 variations of the popular single hand blackjack game style, all brilliantly crafted with a mix of imagination, cutting edge technology and gambling tradition, the Multi-hand variants are set to define new quality levels in online gambling table games.

The Multi-hand Gold Series still offers sophisticated table games with precision animation, digital sound, pinpoint graphics and imaginative player views to provide a truly realistic player experience.

The Multi-hand Gold Series is an extension of the popular Gold Series single hand games and includes the following blackjack choices:

Multi-hand Big 5 Blackjack Gold
Multi-hand Bonus Blackjack Gold
Multi-hand Double Exposure Blackjack Gold
Multi-hand Pontoon Gold
Multi-hand Spanish Blackjack Gold

Outstanding new additions to the ambience and entertainment include better player views, an animating chip selector, an enlarged chip tray, rollover rules and ambient background music, all enhancing the casino feel to the game.

Finally, for Poker fans theres a brand new addition to the popular 10 hand video poker selection of games with the arrival of BONUS POKER 10 PLAY POWER POKER.

Players can play 10 hands of video poker at once on the ultra smooth, lightning fast Viper software platform which has proved exceptionally popular, especially among players who prefer fast action and large bankroll challenges. The main features include high payouts for Four of a Kind combinations, with a Royal Flush offering the maximum payout of 4000 coins. For the player on a maximum 100.00 bets over 10 hands their reward could be a top payout of a stunning 80 000.00. And for those with smaller budgets, a wide range of betting levels is available form as little as 0.10.

The game is played with 10 x 52 card decks (one deck per hand) and features a gamble feature where picking the right card can deliver a bonus of up to 3 200.00.

Generous pay tables and the valuable player-help functions are part of the Microgamings industry leading Viper package, so players can pit their luck and VP skills against a cutting edge game.

A 25 liner and a 40 liner. 40 lines is just way too much for this peasant's bankroll. I may try the 25 line one next time I play. I wish they'd come out with more 9 line games, but something original. The last game they released that I still play regularly is Kathmandu, I like it almost as much as Thor.

I actually played some Cash Clams the other night, first time I've played a one line slot in ages. Got a couple of pretty good hits on it too. Maybe I'll post the screenshots later.

I can't even be bothered with another 40 liner. Soon it will be 50, then 60 - ffs.

Yeah, bring on some more 9 liners, or even 15!

I'm looking forward to Zoozies post, that's if he has time to do one. :D

not a review!

Only some first impressions, not a real review.
I Have seen them at the palace group and at wildjack (jackpot factory)

Prime property is ridiculous for me, a stupid moonshine clone with poor line wins. The Theme is boring (ok, what Zoozie will like is: it does not have those card symbols!) Hit the feature, was quite lucky in choosing (you can win 40 games with 8x multiplier) but the games paid poor.
btw: 40 paylines again! thx , but when do we get these allrounders were you have 281 ways for 5 wheels (played them at B and Ms in germany)

Ok: Im done with this slot!

Magic spell - - it s a combined clone- sort of Frankenstein (:D - next theme???) - combined from this old Harry Potter slot (what was its name??) and chain mail.
The feature is nice. Its the chain mail type- choose one and get one, all or nothing. No free spin feature- a big minus from me!
The wild gives you a 5x multiplier with certain symbols.
I will try it sometimes - but not often!

I absolutely agree Cheeky. And I know that some say well, just play 20 of the 40 lines, but I can't do that. I just know if I played only 20 lines, I'd hit a JP on line 21. So I just avoid them.

Zoozie, Zoozie, Zoozie....... :D

You know what would be really cool - a "self-build" slot where the user could choose the symbols, no. of paylines, bonus round type, free spins options, numbers and multipliers, wild multiplier and it just automatically adjusted the paytables as you picked/dropped certain items from the feature set to balance out the 96% return or whatever it was.

Then you could effectively build exactly the slot you wanted. Even better if you could choose any of the graphics/sounds from a central graphics/sounds library to build the symbol set up. All they would have to do then is release new components instead of new games that you try once and drop. You could save your creations and perhaps even export/import/exchange them with other players. Casinos could even create their own slots bank, maybe even branded, for competitive advantage too

You heard it here first. Any software companies want to donate, PM me for a Neteller account ID :D

Yeah, well cool Simmo!

Sounds like lots of fun as well.

Alternatively if they just release a Loaded clone with retriggers. :D

I know. It's tough being a genius but the time is right to show you all I am far superior to you :D

It's hard being humble when you're perfect, eh Simmo? :p :D

Excellent. A complete 'theme bank' to choose from when you start your journey. And levels of course, and total immersion; VR glasses (given as level bonus, etc.) The sky's the limit Simmo... and BEYOND!!! :D

NEW MG GAMES

I also dislike the 40 line games. Don't win as much on them.

Did well with Majic Spell $89.00 on third spin.

The property game, what's it called, got the bonus, no big deal, 15x1 the best I got on the bonus.

Won't play that one much at all unless I am really up

Nothing really new to these games, much a do about nothing

Yep, played them for a while and hit the bonus rounds a few times...got bored and quit...The "thrill" of the hit/hunt is not evident in these new slots due to the lack of return on regular play. Bland and boring.

Failure

I have tried to update the new games, but it only works for Jackpot Factory. The other MG's will do the update launch, show the games as new, but simply refuse to downoad them. I have left casinos logged in, played at some, and deposited and played at one, but not so much as ONE new game in 5 hours of operation. Worse, the software is pretty hopeless and keeps stalling, spluttering, and freezing - and I have had several disconnects and complete PC lockouts.
This is far worse than had been the case recently, and I was lead to believe MG had addressed the issue last year by reorganising the folder structure and having a new updater module. They have failed to recognise that the fact remains that EVERYONE has to update all at once, and cannot choose to stagger the process so servers can cope, other than by not playing - silly business idea!
Presently, the only casinos I can use are Jackpot Factory, the others just lead to stress because of constant software problems evident till the new games take.
