So after telling me I had had the 30 free spins he told me the casinomeister promo wasn't on my account, then after he said I was right told me the 30 free spins would be added, after he knew I had already had them.
He was the one who ended the conversation too, so no bye or anything.

Top tip for casino's trying to get customers to spend with them by way of promo's, ensure your staff have some idea of what it is, and don't be rude to customers, as I won't be spending any money with you after this I'm afraid

The tournament, the 100% up to €25 reload bonus and the 30 Free Spins are not part of our regular promotions. It was organized only for players who are part of CasinoMeister community. Our support was informed about this promotion. As I understand the problem was not about the 30 spins but about the Reload Bonus. The reason why the bonus did not appear on your side, is because you never deposited before. It is a "Reload Bonus" which we offered for our customers but as you never deposited the 100% Welcome Bonus up to €200 was still active. This welcome bonus offer disappears right after the first real money transaction and all the RELOAD bonus offers (the weekly 50% up to €100 and the 100% Special Reload Bonus up to €25) would appear automatically. I have checked your account right after your message and I saw that my reply came too late. I would have messaged you but thought with it being a Sunday night you wouldn't be around and thought chat would be the better option.

You can always message me, but yes the best solution is always to contact our support. Well, as this promotion was not part of the general ones and consist of 30 Free Spins offer, Special Reload Bonus and Tournament ( 3 totally different type of offers ) upon that he had to deal with a customer who was not automatically included in this promotion the support got confused. I don't try to find any excuses but he did not know about my message sent to you and he didn't know that the Reload Bonus will not be available until the first real money transaction will be made.

However, I will note the chat ID and forward the case directly to the Team Leader of the support team. I am sure that our support team member felt confused from the point when you copied my PM replies, he checked the terms and conditions, may not understood your question exactly and focused just on the copy pasted messages and free spins, but he didn't mean anything wrong.
