Sorry to bore you all yet again with my situation at Mecca.My deposits were blocked 12 days ago as they said they
wanted to clarify some SOW stuff.After a long chat it I agreed to send some docs which might satisfy them about
how my deposits were funded which I sent the same day.Since then I have heard nothing,had 3 live chats with them
saying they cant say when the review of the docs will be completed.
I know they are probably busy with all this crap but reviewing the docs could not take more than 10 mins tops.
Have also sent a couple of emails but no reply.Dont really know where to go from here to try and sort it.
Strange thing is that Grosvenor sent me a £100 no wagering bonus so they cant have a serious problem with me.
Did manage to increase that to £500 and cashed out quick which eased the pain.

I'm with Grosvenor, also Rank Group, had SOW end April, responded immediately. Despite some chasers I've not reached the end of what seems to be an extremely long queue. So you're going to be waiting for some time as clearly they have some resource issues in the verification team.

23 days and counting, shocking way to treat customers,never keep you informed, never reply to emails
verification chat is more often switched off than on.Only reason I am still prepared to bear with them
is that I did so well there.Someone needs a boot up the arse.Why is it that the big UK names are always
so crap.

I think it seems that Covid saw a spike in SOW being triggered which coincided with staffing issues so probably took a while to get people WFH. But 2 months is a crazy time to wait regardless

its false economy, if so many players are in this queue,many must be closing their accounts or playing elsewhere.would have thought they could have taken temporary workers on to do the run of the mill
work and clear the backlog.

Agreed been playing at Guts, Sky Vegas and 21 casino and been doing ok. I am missing out on my VIP bonuses at Grosvenor though and Grosvenor pay out quick, as do Sky Vegas

Finally got the SOW passed today,went on chat and the lady must have felt sorry for me and gave the team
a nudge, got confirmation email 2 hours later
