but I don't feel welcome at iNetbet any more. Today I tried to use a coupon and received the message that I was excluded from this coupon and any other I tried to use. I could have deposited without a coupon and I do sometimes but I thought twice about it. The withdrawal methods for US players is extremely limited and they limit it even further. When I play at other casinos I'm treated so much better. It isn't that I care so much about bonuses and coupons - I usually prefer to play without - but it's just the methods iNetbet uses that turn me off. They offer countless coupons every day but if you use them, look out! I prefer a casino that only has one or two a week. I'm far more likely to play without them.

I'm closing my iNetbet account. I just don't want to play there any more. I can play elsewhere without the hassle. It's sad though. I've been playing there for so long. Lately if I win they pay very quickly which I appreciate but it's not enough any more.
 
I got a few PM's today and yesterday about inetbet and unhappy players and asking me about things like this and about losing their feature's etc. Since i dont play at Inetbet i couldnt help them but seeing a lot of posts about other players feeling the same way.

I need an answer on something when you get time. I got a pm from inetbet requesting that I share information from the PM's i got from members. Am i correct in assuming that I cannot do that due to 1.) terms and conditions of casinomeister and 2.) Just ethics in general and confidentiality? Pm me privately if you can, I forwarded you the PM with my response. just want to make sure im honoring both member questions when they ask me something as well as being respectful of everyone.
 
I would ask a moderator before doing that. My impression is that it's forbidden to do that.

That is what i thought too.. Thanks. i would never want any player or person think they they couldnt come to me with a complaint to try and help them and refer them in the right direction or questions in general i mean thats why we are all here to help each other IMO. And its not that difficult to read the forums and see the player complaints or issues and respond to them, hell thats what CWG and Karolina do.
 
Dreamguardian, I see you just edited your post, but I had just reported it so it could be acted upon before you said you had forwarded it. I was concerned it would not be seen, not that there was a problem with your post.

Inetbet has been a member here for a long time, they should be aware of the rules.

Ideally I was wanting the players in question to PM us directly rather than you. As we have no knowledge of any of these issues.
We are on the forum for this very reason, so players are able to reach us with queries. However in this case we haven't had any contact.

Yes, i understand that, but i had read the terms and conditions (long ago). My understanding and i could be wrong is that reporting anything that someone has posted or sent even in a PM on casinomeister violates the terms and conditions. just like we cannot quote from another site without explixit permisison. While i think its great your company is reaching out to solve the issues that many of them report (at least i would hope). Most of them are posted on the forums and sometimes members just need an outside third eye looking at it in case something got missed, OR they just need someone to vent to about the issue especially if they are not getting the response they had hoped for.

Most of the issues that i got emailed about were/already posted on the forums.

withdrawal methods sooo limited

I have to agree,,,inet is not what it use to be...my withdrawal took 2 weeks and that was with a ton of prodding!!! no pay to card option...only international check,,,to many places to play to mess with all that!!!
