Ok so there has been some discussion about the x6 max pay out rule,

So what happens if you stick a £20 note in take a small bonus and managed to hit a big win, Can happen, So now your sitting on a few grand,

So do you try and withdraw to only find out that you are only aloud to take out a few 100 & the rest confiscated or do you go and ask CS will the rule apply, Or do you just risk playing Jackpots and hope for the best?

Which is my next question what is classed as a JP? For instance mega moolah, Is it only the mega that counts or would the majour / minor / mini count as a jackpot, Also who pays the the mini & minor pots as they are won all the time, Does the casino get rein-burst by the operator at the end of the month for all the small ones they paid out, As if the majour counts as jp than you may have a god chance to hit it, By the way I think thats only just been won aswell,

i would say it depends, if you wanna go for jp´s then better choose a casino which does not apply max wd rules.

2nd question: imo jackpot is a jackpot. no matter if mini or major, they all come from pooled funds along the network.

That is what I was trying to get at with the max withdraw rule, It does not include JP so if win JP than you can withdraw this

All the terms I've seen regarding the 6x max withdrawal, state that progressives are exempt.

Eg. Lucky247's clause

6.17 Where a sign-up or other bonus has been credited to your account, and after meeting all wagering requirements, we reserve the right to limit your withdrawal to a maximum value of 6 times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.

Thats what I was trying to get at, Instead of having only being able to withdraw a few hundrund and getting the rest took of you than play JP and try to beat the odds, even the majour jp but does that count? or is it only the mega that would count?

Very good point Spintee.

I would think that the top 2 JP's would count as they are pooled, the other 2 are local but a player should not need to know that so all should be exempt from the max withdrawal rule.

Forcing players to play jackpot games or lose their money also works in the casino's favour as this would give them an above average amount of Jackpot play and if someone wins it the casino gets the advertising that goes along with it from money that they were going to confiscate any way.

Of course with the rule being hidden most players will not be aware that they can't withdraw and will just have the funds confiscated for being naughty boys and trying to win.
