It's funny .. I'm probably the unluckiest person on the planet. Except when it comes to winning with money that I will never be able to withdraw. Just the other day I got 1.6k from LocoPanda (yes, I know it's listed as rogue here but a friend has been able to withdraw from there so there's little hope still to see that money ..) and now this .. I was playing at Vegas Winner (skill-on-net casino) and the bonus was going terribly. I got bored of wagering so.. I decided to highroll it. And at some point I got some crazy idea to do +5 respins on Merlin's Magic Respin slot. Unfortunately this casino has minimum denomination at 0,05/line so the minimum bet was 17,50€ per spin. So I spun few times .. and bam .. 1.5k€ win.
But indeed, my bonus was just 120€ so max bet = 12€. After that I went to see the rules and yup.. there it was. I didn't check the T&C before playing .. The rules state that they reserve the right to withhold any winnings through '' irregular playing patterns '' when done to exploit bonuses. Well .. that wasn't my intention but yeah .. Is there any hope for me or did I just screw myself over? If they withhold winnings I'm guessing there's no case to be made by submitting a complaint? I know I broke the rules now although it does state that '' when done to exploit bonuses '' part which makes me wonder ..
