GSo you need to take the 1177250 possible permutations of the first 4 reels, and then add up ALL the possible combos of 4 the same from your symbols data. Then 1177250 divided by this total will give you a number to multliply by the 134.

I don't know why Tropicana worked out the ODDS of each combination - all he needed was the total NUMBER of possible 4-symbol combinations.

Yes, I see the error was on reel 3 with the last whole number being divided by 5 (0.2) instead of 3 (0.33) as it should've been.

However, 2520 combos is from 1177225 = 467.15 x 137.8888888 = 64415/1.

So my working out 2520 possibilities is too high (for 4 similar on 2x2 reels)?

I came up with 2520, and obviously it must be a whole number. Obviously this included some minor rounding to the nearest whole number which would affect my figure slightly, but I'm still (using the new and accurate 137.888889 you provided) way short at 64k/1 of your 77k/1.

It seems thus my figure of 2520 is way out somehow...too high.

I'm sorry, I don't actually have that number handy for you. Keep in mind that the original reel information posted by Tropicana50 had some incorrect numbers which could have thrown off your calculations (though the reel sets posted are accurate). You may be able to calculate it using the 1177225 (31*31*35*35) possible 2x2 combinations along with my final number.
