Was looking around for a new casino to try and remembered it being mentioned in a previous thread that the wagering on the sign up bonus was a very respectable bonus x 25.Having just checked out the site it is now bonus+deposit x40! That has got to be one of the worst deals around and just thought it strange that they have increased it so much.

Jeeeeze - that's DIABOLICAL!

I promote Sky Vegas on my website and as far as I knew the WR was only bonus x25.
They haven't told me they have increased it to that insane amount!

Thanks for posting - I will be getting in touch with them first thing tomorrow to ask what the hell they think they are doing.

Sky Vegas have completely changed!!! They went from offering really low wagering to no wagering at all to now having the same wagering amount as most other casinos out there. I asked live chat why the free 5 ndb's were not being sent out any more as i had not had one e mailed to me in months. And they told me that they will no longer be sending them out as they are investing that money they used to send out in to more better promotions for the site. Dont they realise that sending me the ndb's and having low wagering is the reason i play there mor often and you attract a bigger crowd then the other casinos out there so why would they just want to go down the same route as every other casino??? Ah well no point playing there as much anymore. Especially since there cashback promotions are a joke anyway.

sky 5

they sent me ( via text ) 2 days ago a £5 free code .... so they are still doing them ...

i havent played there for a long while , so it could be that they are just being selective ... and trying to drum up new business

all the best

Are you sure you are not confusing the vegas and casino sections of their site?

The playtech casino side has AWFUL wagering, AWFUL promos and is a lot like ladbrokes.

The Vegas side is brilliant. My bonuses usually have 1x wagering and are very frequent!

You've nailed it!
The Vagas WR is still only bonus x25.
When I looked last night I'm 100% sure I saw this new (D+B)x40 on the Casino side - but this morning I can't find it - it seems to be only (D+B)x20, which is a lot more reasonable.

I wish I'd read this thread this-morning BEFORE I sent a very angry e-mail to them!

I don't really want to prolong this thread but I have a question. I normally don't play with bonuses. Main reason is that I often don't understand all the different rules connected with them. After joining CM things are becoming clearer but this one I dont understand.

What really does bonus+deposit x40 means in comparison with the more normal WR x40

x40 the deposit amount and bonus amount

Ok this has now got me completely confused.I did not realise that there was a Sky casino and a Sky Vegas casino.I have just looked at them both again and unless I am seeing things,Sky casino is £20 free with a wr x 50 and the wagering on the first deposit of d+b x 20 and Sky Vegas with £10 free, wagering x 1 and the first deposit bonus of d+b x 40.Nowhere can I see anything that gives wagering of x 25 on the first deposit.Does it mean there are two separate Sky casinos which you would sign up to separately? How I wish they would make all these different wagering requirements a bit simpler:confused:

This is totally BIZARRE!
Having read your latest post I went back and checked again - and now I agree with you again!

I'm taking screenshots this time (in the hope I can prove I'm not going mad )

OK, at the top it says "Get £10 free and 200% on your first deposit"

SkyError0_Mar15.jpg

Below that is says the WR on the £10 is x1 - that's fine.
After that, it says the WR is (Deposit+Bonus) x25

SkyError1_Mar15.jpg

But then below that is DOES say the FIRST Deposit bonus has a WR of (D+B)x40!!

This is all very peculiar - I'll get back to Sky & ask them what's going on here...

Yes and I bet the £10 free is non with-drawable until you made a deposit and I bet somewhere in the rules there be a rule stating you must take the sign up bonus to to be able to withdraw winnings from the £10, Whether that be 25x or 40x its still prety high when its B&D

Thanks KK.I only looked at the first deposit t&c's which give the wagering as d+b x 40 which is probably what most people would do.I did not even see the separate contributing percentages section which says something entirely different. If you do get any more information then it would be great if you could post again and we may then have some idea of what the hell is going on:confused:
