Looks like you can't have an account at both in any case.

Card refunds can take up to 10 days fwiw.

Can the unibet rep confirm that 2.5.8 term means that 0ne person can only have one ACC within the group opened or closed at any one time,or is closing an ACC diff to self excluding from an ACC. Its all so very unclear to me.
Why did they not just say can take up to 10 days for refunds in the email.
Resent email last night and got another failure notice. Is there email support down or is it just me.

Update

Email support is still down (for me anyway) got through to support on phone. Was told that the email I recieved on the 13th was that only my documents have been approved by our Responsible Gaming manager and that the refund was not sent yet.
Asked her to look at the email I was sent

We are writing to inform you that your documents have been approved by our Responsible Gaming manager. We have now arranged for a manual withdrawal of €163.01 to your account ending 5027. Please also be advised that your Maria account now remains suspended.

Did not know why it said (We have now arranged for a manual withdrawal of €163.01 to your account )and said she will send my refund back to my bank today and it will take 7 working days to reach my ACC from today 28.1.2013.

We wait and hope.

I have sent you a PM.

We did find that the issue regarding the emails bouncing back stemmed from an incorrect setting in our mail-system but this has now been rectified and only seemed to have affected a small fraction of our customers. Unfortunately twotone was one of them. If anyone else over here have encountered a similar problem please feel free to send us a PM and we'll investigate it further.

The other points that you brought up I have addressed in the PM and hope that we've cleared out all your questions.

In that case it's the old caveat emptor situation.
I'm glad you pointed that out Nifty, because I have fallen foul of that rule. I lost £450 there (Maria), which of course they were happy to take. Had I won I would no doubt have had problems getting paid due to another account in the group.
Again a win-win for the casinos, warning me yet again to read the small print.
I have effectively paid them £450 to play with 'play' chips.
I hope they choke on it.

Well, even though there were a few bumps in the Baptism by Fire process, I think they've passed. There is really no reason to think they haven't.
