Not used PAB..32red said it was a bingo.com issue. So i had to go to them. They are ignoring contact along with unibet.
How would i do PAB?
 
Your posts are all over the place and I genuinely don't know what your actual problem is. Have you gone to a third party ADR yet or use the PAB service here?

Thanks Colin! For the record it would need to go to Ecogra or IBAS as its gone through internal complaints already.
 
Yes ecogra..but now i have evidence they are applying exclusion policy to some players and not others. I shall submit that also.

So you went though 32Red complaints, the decided not in your favour, then so did the ADR. People have said to you on here you are not correct. It seems only you think they have done something wrong.

I am awaiting terms and conditions from 32 red also. I shall submit 32 red complaint to IBAS.

Thanks for the links. But they won't confirm when self exclude was applied. I have established they are applying self exclude terms to some players and not others..even pre 2018 before i excluded.
This is a group who knew i had exclusion, knew i had closure for infinity, yet still chose to allow me to register and deposit £3600 within 24 hours.
They have been accredited awards for RG policy..and 'early detection system' whatever that means. Pretty farcical really. I am merely highlighting the failures..or should i say 'choices' of this casino group. As it stands, court on hold due to nature of covid. But i will continue to highlight this groups failings.
 
Can honestly say im a problem gambler and under GamStop...not been able to sign up to this site regardless of tweak my details.

No offence but if you SE...Surely its your will power and choices that are responsible for attempting to sign up to a site after self exclusion. You can hardly blame a casino especially if your creating 19 accounts to prove a point.

When separately self excluding...last time I did this was 2 years ago I had to specify that it was an exclusion across brands.

I didn't create 19 accounts..that was a quote from someone else that didn't get paid after self exclude.

I should point out that this has been through our internal complaints escalation process and as I understand it we’re happy that we have acted in accordance with regulations. I’ll ask again, please raise this with a third party dispute resolution provider.
