Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone out here can help me out. I am waiting to hear back from the casinos tech support, but they don't work weekends. The last couple of weeks I have had really crappy play time, 6-8 min each time, no matter what amounts I would bet. I have put in numerous complaints but I think they feel I'm just a sore loser. Reality is I just want a fair play time since I'm paying for it. With the crappy play time I keep getting disconnected with these messages.1) Game Launcher not working.
2) Failed to establish connection to casino server.
My internet doesn't lose connection, flash player is up to date, and I'm using windows 7. I just want to educate myself before I get a response back. Chances are they will say it's my end.
