Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone out here can help me out. I am waiting to hear back from the casinos tech support, but they don't work weekends. The last couple of weeks I have had really crappy play time, 6-8 min each time, no matter what amounts I would bet. I have put in numerous complaints but I think they feel I'm just a sore loser. Reality is I just want a fair play time since I'm paying for it. With the crappy play time I keep getting disconnected with these messages.1) Game Launcher not working.
    2) Failed to establish connection to casino server.
My internet doesn't lose connection, flash player is up to date, and I'm using windows 7. I just want to educate myself before I get a response back. Chances are they will say it's my end.

Unless other people are having similar network problems, it's safe to chalk it up to the routing/congestion between your computer and the casino. FWIW, I used to work for an internet provider so I do have experience in these matters :)

I know on a personal level, if I were to have multiple losing sessions with little gameplay from my deposits, I would go elsewhere....not to say for a perm. basis, but at least temporarily.

Not encouraging you to go elsewhere, but merely suggesting a change in scenery.

This says nothing about Maple closing, though......Just RiverNile and 777Dragon...and even so, it's not permanent...They're just migrating players over to other casinos within their group

    Ahhh, ok :)

And even the article says that they've planned the migration very well
