Maple casino CS and promotion POOPED ON!

I dare u to sign up at maple casino and want the 100 free spins they offer...
This is clearly a no deposit offer available to all new customers,after signing up an account 2 weeks ago and a credit card as required and also an email to support for the 100 free spins which I sent,still no free spins...

Here is what they emailed back
Due to an overwhelming ammount of requests of the 100 free spin promotion you will be credited with your free spins when we resolve this issue.

So after 2 weeks i figured they will be credited...NOPE! So now to make matters worse for them I log onto customer service online here is how it went.

(then i wrote a giant paragraph about what i just said to you above)

Well at that point I just said plain out,I poop on your customer service and casinomeister is going to hear about this one.
 
Yes they are tardy but........ Give them some allowance and let them get back to you. They have always been top-notch in my book. Dont always rely on cashinomeister for your free spins and ND bonuses.
 
The "Casinomeister ploy" is being used too much!

It is like a bad swearword, use it too often, and it loses it's punch.

Saying "Casinomeister will hear about this" is a threat, and should be used as a last resort. Better still, don't even mention it, let the casino dig themselves into an even deeper hole, which they will certainly do if they are genuinely messing you around because they think you to be an uninformed player. When the hole is deep enough, allow them to find out you are a Casinomeister member, and have been for a while, but don't make it a threat. Give them time to mull it over, and then contact any rep listed here, or even PAB if the casino is accredited.

It is bad business for them too, since problems such as this delays their eventual receipt of your deposit, and any likelihood you will lose it and play some more later on. A bad first impression could lead many players to not bother at all, and forget about the free spins and find somewhere else to play.

I am new to CM and agree too many people use casinomeister will hear about this to customer service,but what I mean is "you will get a bad review from me on casinomeister and suggest you keep your promisses" I guess I should say that instead.

This is still a "threat", and if used before the casino has been given much of a chance to dig itself in, YOU will look like an impatient player, and the CASINO will look like it was probably doing it's best, and just wasn't given enough time.

Behind the scenes, this promotion has probably become an embarrassment to them, because it has gone wrong, and especially so since it requires players to only deposit AFTERWARDS, and to hold off while waiting for the problem to be resolved. In the mean time, idle players are seeing other offers from other casinos, and may be tempted to one of the competitors with their deposit, and if the experience is great, will stay there and forget about Maple.
