    Hi Guys,

I wonder if you could help me ! I deposited £12k on Mansion the other day and won £2k and have decided to withdraw.

I am getting a bit concerned about previous peoples experiences :-/

I have sent them a passport scan / a bank letter / a letter from axa / Credit card scan.

They have told me that verification takes up to 72 hours.

I refused a bonus when i setup the account as the play through can cause withdrawal issues and to be honest it complicates issues.

    My question is this :-

How have others found the withdrawals process here ? Am i being unduly paranoid ?

Thanks for anyone that can share their experiences good bad or ugly.

Well just to warn you - Mansion are on the "No Can Do" list here at Casinomeister, meaning if something does go tits-up (hopefully not) then Casinomeister, and more specifically Max, won't be able to help via their PAB (Pitch-A-Bitch) service.

As for the casino themselves, I've never actually played there so can't offer you any reassurance on withdrawals etc. But this place is packed with experienced users who have played everywhere there is a casino, and I'm sure someone will be along soon enough to give you more help than I can.

Sorry I don't know any more but like I've said, I've never played at Mansion...

Thanks for your message - i do not have any issues as yet but given it is a large sum of cash i did some research and to be honest it was a mixed bag !

    Fingers crossed !

Its a casino that pops up regular, I personally do not play there, As its been pointed out it is on the no can do list, Now this does not mean there are bad but it does not help them,

They have been going for a while and shouldn't think you have any trouble, But depending if any bonus ect was took out, Please keep us updated on this one, As its not exactly lose change.

I specifically rejected / denied the bonus due to all the BS t&c's !

They seem to be playing ball thus far so we'll see...

Yeah given the fact you've rejected any bonus there's no reason why they wouldn't pay you. Keep us informed :)

Is this your first time playing at Mansion?

Now I may be a much lower level player than you but it seems a little risky to be depositing 12,000 into a casino that you have no experience with. A fair warning, if you do that on a regular basis you are going to lose the lot sooner or later. Either they will confiscate it and accuse you of ML or you will just run into a pure rogue that will have you jumping through hoops ad nauseum. You need to be a lot more careful with deposits of that size.

Anyways, hope everything works out for you.

Thanks for the advice and it is duly noted. I used to play poker and knew the NLHE side of Mansion so they weren't unknown...

    Those were my thoughts exactly!
Depositing 12 grand at a casino you haven't used before just boggles my mind :eek2:

@ OP, WHY did you deposit so much?
If you're a mega-high-roller it seems a bit odd that you would do that and then withdraw when you have "only" made £2K profit.

I hope everything works out OK for you

I will update once funds hit my account.

All in all they have been excellent thus far.

Agreed. @ the OP, depositing that much and withdrawing with a small profit would set most casino 'money laundering' alarms ringing. Not saying that's what you're up to, just that's what the casino might suspect.

If I had 12K to 'spare' me and ALL online casinos would soon part company for good, regardless of reputation etc :p :p

Did perchance, you check their Terms for maximum weekly/monthly withdrawals BEFORE depositing 12k??
    Withdrawal Limits

    The maximum limits are:

VIP and VIP Elite players enjoy higher withdrawal limits, up to $50,000 per calendar month.

Bronze, Silver and Gold player levels are capped at withdrawals of up to $15,000 (or currency equivalent) per month.

    I understand you are withdrawing 14k, a 2k profit on 12k??
