I had a problem getting a Poker promotion credited to my account at Mansion so I mailed them. They asked me to send the "original" promotional e-mail that advertised of the promo to them, which I did about 3 times. After two weeks of e-mail conversation that has lead to nowhere the issue has still not been resolved and I get this:
Who is Mike_Cannon ? That's not me. My user name was correct on the first line (I censored it). I find it very unprofessional for the customer service to misquote player's account name, and possibly divulge other's private information.
Also, they asked me to send the "original" e-mail once more again, which I had done already 3 times. Talk about a terrible customer service.
