O Canada!
I installed Malware bytes a few days ago and i started to see this message with some RTG/ nuworks casinos names.
I did not play at slotocash in ages and was away from the computer when it popped.

Malwarebytes are great! I have had this happen too. The first time I allowed MB to wipe whatever that process is though none of the RTG casinos I had installed would operate properly.

I now tell malwarebytes to ignore/skip that.

I wonder - back in the olden days RTG used to have these mini-games that you could play, does anyone remember? You could play Aztecs Treasure and have a little popup window playing Diamond 7s or something at the same time. I always thought that particular process was a leftover from that, which as far as I know isn't used anymore.

But if you stop it from running and it breaks the casino then it must be for something else. So nevermind. :p

It`s what`s known as a false positive or PUP, although a lot of casino`s software includes scripting very close to certain types of browser hijackers malware, for instance those ones you uninstall and it automatically opens your browser and takes you to a `But why are you leaving us` questionnaire (oh the irony lol), others have an annoying pop up that sometimes appears with bonus offers once you have completely logged off.

A software as keen as MB will see scripting/codes that have been added to the software as a possible virus and acts accordingly, however, if you want to see false positives taken to a new level try AVG for a bit lol.
