Great. I'm still awaiting my 'verification phone call' - they did e-mail me overnight to say my docs were approved, and I would get a phone call before they process the cash out. Surprise surprise, no phone call yet. This is totally unsatisfactory and not the way to treat new customers. I'll be lucky to see my money this side of Christmas it seems.

P.S. I've e-mailed both reps you mentioned in the vain hope they can actually help. This just isn't good enough for a casino advertising on here.

I went on live chat just now and he was very helpful and rang me himself, and got it sorted in 5 minutes. He told me the w/d would be processed back to card in the morning and I would receive an e-mail later in the day confirming it. Ironically, unrelated to this call, the verification call I was waiting for came 10 minutes later... The guy simply checked what I just told him and reconfirmed what the first guy said above.
Obviously in future this won't be an issue now, so as I think the bonus offers and playthrough WR's are quite good for a MG casino, I will probably have another play after receiving the cashout.
I guess I'm impatient as I've got used to the rapid-fire verification and withdrawals at sites like GUTS and Videoslots etc.

For pity's sake!!! I complied again, and it's EXACTLY the same sodding e-mail address I used before at Major Tom to get verified! And, yes, that means I have to arrange another 'verification phone call' after the docs have been verified at Red Flush.
To make matters worse I had a little win at LaVida tonight, and no doubt in 3 days time I'll get the same bloody verification e-mail when they start to process this withdrawal too, sending docs to the same e-mail address and another pointless phone verification to the same bloody number........grrrrrrrrr.......

I'm starting to wonder if the gaming lark is worth while, the joy of winning is sullied by the constant BS I have to endure to get the cashouts.

I PM'd the rep who agrees with you guys I should already be KYC'd at ALL the Red Flush sites. He said he will still need a phone call, I don't know why unless he hasn't realized I've already had the verification phone call from Major Tom, who did to be fair pay me quite fast once KYC was complete. As for 'Shane' CS on crack springs to mind....I'll ask the rep not to let the CS chat hosts avail themselves of too many cans of Castle and bottles of Mainstay (those being the common drinks when I lived in S. Just to summarize where I am so far after taking Balt's advice that Red Flush are a decent group. I went through the verification of docs + phone call for the first one of the group I joined, Major Tom. The verification was completed within a day and my cashout arrived 2 days later in the bank, which is quite quick considering. There is a 24-hour (1 working day not weekends) pending which is quite low for an MG site.
For some reason I had to go through both the docs and phone call a second time at the second of the 3 sites I joined, Red Flush itself. I have PM'd the reps, who have been very quick to respond and are always helpful it has to be said. My Red Flush a/c is confirmed verified too now and my RF w/d will be processed and sent to me today.
The rep has assured me I won't need to go through this a third time with LaVida and I can consider myself verified at all 3 RF casinos as I use the same card etc.
If I DO get another automated verification request for the third RF site I joined, LaVida (as you will have seen in my TSII 4-reel sh!tstorm thread I have had a decent win + pending w/d at LaVida!) I can just PM the rep who will make sure it's processed without doing it all again for a third time.

Good bonuses, quick cashouts and helpful reps as a whole. Unfortunately due to me joining all 3 RF sites in a short period, the verification process got duplicated but has been resolved now. I'll let you know when I receive my winnings, and what I do with the wealth Thor bestowed upon me.....

Well, I have to say the Red Flush withdrawals are very fast, I received my new wealth (£1773 w/d mainly bestowed upon me by Thor with his 4-reel sh!tstorm at casino Lavida) in 2 working days back to my debit card, same with my smaller Major Tom and Red Flush withdrawals.
