No, I have no information on their plans so I'm not saying that.
What I am saying is the guy who has been handling rep duties for the MT issues is someone else, doesn't log into the forum through either of those you cited (afaik).
Great. I'm still awaiting my 'verification phone call' - they did e-mail me overnight to say my docs were approved, and I would get a phone call before they process the cash out. Surprise surprise, no phone call yet. This is totally unsatisfactory and not the way to treat new customers. I'll be lucky to see my money this side of Christmas it seems.
P.S. I've e-mailed both reps you mentioned in the vain hope they can actually help. This just isn't good enough for a casino advertising on here.
