BTW, I was playing deuces wild video poker and hit four deuces. That part was fun.

The coupon I redeemed was for a first deposit bonus. The terms, as posted on their web site, are:

So, even a cashout of $125 would be turned down since you didn't play slots (that you've said).

I think I am figuring out what the casino's game is here. Some smuck in CS tells you your cashout is denied except for a small portion. So you go back in to the casino and wrecklessly wager what is left, hopefully to lose it all.

However, you do more checking and find out they are full of total BS and don't lose it all.

The miscommunication problem at this casino is not on the player's part. It is on management's part. Apparently there is a problem with the servers between the casino and Neteller and my cashout was not denied at all! However, I did go in and wager a bit of the money left over so now my cashout is down by about $100. Lesson to be learned: don't trust what live chat tells you.

BTW, Neteller will intercede if you have problems being paid.

I checked my Neteller account today and saw that my $xxx cashout from 6/15/05 was sent to my Neteller account (NT4996078 is the NT code). The problem is that it was reversed after you sent it so it is not available in my Neteller balance. Could you please send it to my Neteller again? Thank you so much.

I'm glad you finally got your money suze. When I hear about players jumping through hoops to get what's rightfully theirs, it makes me wonder why anyone would even think about playing at such a ramshackle set up. Stick to the likes of 32Red, iNetBet, Trident Lounge, and Bellerock if you want to get paid, and quickly at that.

Thanks for your encouraging words. However, at this moment I have not been paid. They have acknowledged owing me the money. They have attempted to pay me through Neteller but are telling me that the server between Neteller and their casino is not functioning properly. What do I believe? I think the Neteller payments declined because they did not have sufficient funds in their Neteller account to pay me. Of course they are always free to dispute this and pay me the money I won. I will update this thread accordingly.

I am pleased to find that Magic Gold paid my winnings today to my Neteller account. However, let me stress that if I had paid attention to what live chat had told me a week ago, I probably would have lost more than half of the winnings. CAUTION: this is a shady outfit who tries to be clever when you win! BTW the "instant payouts" on their website is BS. :(

Their website actually advertises instant cashouts? That's a joke, it took them over two weeks to pay me and it wasn't a large cashout either.
