This is the first time I had attempted a withdrawal as I have had nothing but bad luck on your site which is why I decided to walk away with a pitly $10 profit. What are the discrepancies ???? I would like you to publicly state it as you certainly have me perplexed. Yeah, I attempted a withdrawal when I had won over $100 but found out it used bonus money before using real money. I have never heard of that before. That was my first deposit.

The second deposit used real funds so perhaps you could explain that. Why bonus money first when I was winning and real money on the second deposit when I was losing.

Yes, and how are you helping me by returning the funds to my account. I would be happy if you simply return my $20 deposit. You can keep the free spins and the $10 winning. After that, I would like the account closed.

At least give her the withdrawal and then block the account until she verifies herself, if she chooses to do as such!

Except for the fact that what the rep stated was not true at all. I am sure this is what he was told but I hope he investigates this further. What he stated could not be further from the truth except that I did ask to lock the withdrawal as I had almost reversed it yesterday. But making several withdrawal attempts? Discrepancies? Absolutely not true. If there were any discrepancies it was on their end on my first deposit and much to my disadvantage.

Hi. Just an update. First of all, let me say that LVBet has one of the best reps out there. I guess the problem was failed deposits not withdrawals. Interac (Gigadat) went through a period where those transactions were not working unless a message was typed in (previously it went through automatically). So there were 3 failed attempts which sent up flags. Secondly, my gmail account name is different then my registered/real name. Again, another flag for them although no other casino have shown concern about this before.

I do understand their concerns now and will comply with their request. Again, such an excellent rep (wish I knew his name). Articulately explained everything.

I play there for a long time. Mid of January i managed to make 30K EUR out of a 100 EUR deposit. Sick run on lots of games.
I already had all money withdrawn, but it was night, no chat online to let it lock and some alcohol i celebrated with and a game that really took me made me to reverse and play back the whole sum in that night. A nightmare.

Generally the gameselection is okay. I miss pushgaming, quickspin and other providers with higher volatility.

Live Chat is fine. I don't like the VIP-Support. It feels like you are asking or demanding too much from them, but they should just treat you the way you deserve.

However. Yesterday i had another cashout. 3K this time. Far away from the best and worst gambling night of my life, but still happy about it. - Money didnt reach me yet.

Some people are complaining for amounts or reasons I don't think are legit but you still have to consider their opinions. I know you do.

My 2 cents about lv bet? I will give you the harsh truth because I respect you and you know it ;)
Not offering deposit bonuses with 30x or 35x wager... (that is still in your favor by the way,) no loyalty that is worth anything... nothing... you are losing so many deposits from players that choose imperium casinos, skill on net casinos or any other place that will attract them with a freebie... these are not bad places to play at all but its not like the hassle free lvbet peace of mind. You guys are the only one to my knowledge to convert etransfers deposit and withdrawals to EUR. That is something I told n1 and direx casinos many times, especially the ones that offer etransfers only in eur currency... but all yout get is an error message.

Please explain to me why a casino of good quality like yours, choose to offer next to nothing to its players. Any bonus on the market at the moment has a negative expected value for a depositor but you can attract players with something a little better than the others. For exemple, the casino I play the most is paradise casino which has same liscence than n1. Why? 25% daily reload bonus, 30x wager, no max bet, no crap and a maltese liscence helps a little bit also. LVbet with their nice blueprint slots should kick the ass of the majority.

Yesterday, I had 50 EUR bonus with 20x wager sitting in my account and I saw it one second before depositing. I still dont know where it came from? That was very generous, but why you don't tell your players? :)

like I just signed up last night thinking give lv a shot. '#1 I tried 3 different nodeposit codes for canadians don't work sent email, no response, if I can't verify before I deposit real money forget it. what I was hearing is lv is good, etransfer. but if I have to hold my passport next to me with the date lol. do they ask that when you deposit.
