I have recently signed up and used Ecopayz over a day ago. I am happy to say that on my second deposit... I was able to get some playtime and get a decent cashout ( 12x my deposit! ) which is rare for me nowadays. From when I made the request, it took over 26 hours.

No documents requested yet, but it will happen sooner or later. I wish I could verify before hand so I won't get any more holdups on withdraws once they request documents...

The withdraw fees after the first one a week isn't great, but I know of an RTG site where only ONE withdraw is free a month and each one after that is 5% of the total cashout which is insane! I know what option I would rather take if I had a choice...

My nitpicks are mainly... the LV Wheel which loves to come out and you have to shoo it away almost every time you load up a slot and then after awhile... It will do the spin while you are unable to do anything about it until it finishs. Very annoying!

I played blueprint, Play and Go, Thunderkick, and BF games mainly with only issues where blueprint slots would timeout, but then later, the issue seemed to have gone away.

All in all... Not bad although the withdraw speed is not that great IMO.

Nonetheless, we shall strive to find a way to make it less intrusive for the ones that do not particularly enjoy it.

With regards to the withdrawal speed, could you kindly PM with how long it took since you requested it to the moment that you received it? I will discuss it with our payments team and see where we can improve in relation to this.

Unbelievable all the proof these guys require. I have never been asked for so many documents. And a picture of myself? This is all for a $30 withdrawal. I had previously asked the chat agent to lock the withdrawal and she asked if I had a gambling problem. Next thing I know I get an email saying that the funds are returned to my account. Who does this? The withdrawal should have at least stayed in place until verification which I won't be doing. I guess I will play the $30 and close this account. Who needs this bs.

If having RG concerns (especially related to reversed withdrawals), is it best way to be responsible, return withdrawal to players account without limiting gameplay anyhow? Maybe could have temporary block or wagering limit, now player already stated that will just play money back and close account.

That something you could have prevented if you have RG concerns as mentioned. Just my two cents but just doesn't look very logical to be worried about somebodys ability not to reverse withdrawal before processing and same time reverse it from your side without any steps to protect player from spending it while you complete your verifications.

No need for any answers, just my two cents about something where i thought was something doesn't make sense.
Maybe your team who is worried about players safety could consider to do something what would help player not to play money back instead of encouraging him/her to do it in case where you need more verification and not willing to pay $30 quids out without that.

This is the first time I had attempted a withdrawal as I have had nothing but bad luck on your site which is why I decided to walk away with a pitly $10 profit. What are the discrepancies ???? I would like you to publicly state it as you certainly have me perplexed. Yeah, I attempted a withdrawal when I had won over $100 but found out it used bonus money before using real money. I have never heard of that before. That was my first deposit.

The second deposit used real funds so perhaps you could explain that. Why bonus money first when I was winning and real money on the second deposit when I was losing.

At least give her the withdrawal and then block the account until she verifies herself, if she chooses to do as such!

Except for the fact that what the rep stated was not true at all. I am sure this is what he was told but I hope he investigates this further. What he stated could not be further from the truth except that I did ask to lock the withdrawal as I had almost reversed it yesterday. But making several withdrawal attempts? Discrepancies? Absolutely not true. If there were any discrepancies it was on their end on my first deposit and much to my disadvantage.

Hi. Just an update. First of all, let me say that LVBet has one of the best reps out there. I guess the problem was failed deposits not withdrawals. Interac (Gigadat) went through a period where those transactions were not working unless a message was typed in (previously it went through automatically). So there were 3 failed attempts which sent up flags. Secondly, my gmail account name is different then my registered/real name. Again, another flag for them although no other casino have shown concern about this before.

I do understand their concerns now and will comply with their request. Again, such an excellent rep (wish I knew his name). Articulately explained everything.

I already had all money withdrawn, but it was night, no chat online to let it lock and some alcohol i celebrated with and a game that really took me made me to reverse and play back the whole sum in that night. A nightmare.

Generally the gameselection is okay. I miss pushgaming, quickspin and other providers with higher volatility.

Live Chat is fine. I don't like the VIP-Support. It feels like you are asking or demanding too much from them, but they should just treat you the way you deserve.

However. Yesterday i had another cashout. 3K this time. Far away from the best and worst gambling night of my life, but still happy about it. - Money didnt reach me yet.
