@Dwyer
Dear Dwyer, it took some time to reply you once more as there was an ongoing investigation regarding the issue. At the end, they sent me the following message to share with you as a result of the thorough investigation:
"We have thoroughly investigated the customer’s complaint regarding his cancelled withdrawal request and his subsequent loss of those funds.
Our Payments department followed our close loop policy, since the last deposit was from Paysafe card, winnings from this deposit should be paid back to this deposit method, and not to his Skrill account as the customer requested.
However, having looked more closely at this issue we see that a percentage of the winnings were from spins the customer was awarded.
Unfortunately, there was some confusion in a number of live chats with the customer regarding the information we gave and apologise for this.
Therefore, as a goodwill gesture, we have paid the original withdrawal request in full to the customer’s Skrill account.
We strive to provide a fantastic gaming experience and the best customer service to our customers, at the same time as being fully compliant with our licensing requirements.
Regrettably, in this instance, the two conflicted and caused some confusion.
LV BET Casino Team"
I do apologize for any inconvenience
Kind regards,
Isil
