Hi chaps - I had a small win with Luxury two nights ago but couldn't withdraw it all as there was a wagering requirement. I thought I had refused all bonuses but they 'discreetly' slipped it in - or so they say. I complained and then played again last evening ... lost the lot so I had a zero balance and then had a win but there is another wagering requirement when I try and withdraw. How can they be allowed to give these VIP points without asking me if I want them ... I deposited £150 and said NO to any bonus.

That's not cool. And there are required to remove that bonus if you request it to be removed. There should be a place somewhere in your account that allows you to opt out of automatic bonuses.

With live chat I told them I never asked for bonus and that they should remove the bonus:

"Take the £57 bonus balance off so I can withdraw the £343 cash balance"

and they replied:

"I have removed 51 of the bonus. you just have 6 bonus left. You will just need to wager 129.00 more in order to withdraw your winnings."

I'm really peeved about this - I have had a long "Live chat" conversation but got nowhere, this is the first time - after joing many casinos - that I've been "forced" into taking a bonus ... I didn't even see them arrive. I guess I'll have to play through the £129 !

You really shouldn't have to. My advice is to speak to them again (by contacting the rep here first as recommended earlier), play no more games. If they insist on you playing through wagering requirements then you could file a PAB with maxd here, because this is highly inappropriate behaviour for an accredited casino.

Post nothing more about the casino if you intend to file a PAB (pitch a bitch) otherwise you could render your complaint void. Read the FAQs:

I'd be very surprised if you don't get this sorted out to be honest. I always found CR to be a professional outfit. Don't play there at the moment as they went ice cold on me after a very, VERY lucrative 6 month money-printing fest :) But hey, I guess I'll go back there sometime soon.
