LuckyVIP Casino First Deposit bonus issue?

So I had an email from Grosvenor casino saying they launched a new sister casino. So I signed upto it and used the bonus code PERK like it stated in the email and I got the bonus credited, but when I used my normal funds only the cash balance was displayed. So my account still shows the remaining £20 bonus funds but everytime I open ANY slot the balance shows 0?

So anyone know why?

I even checked in the eligible slots and it appears that all slots and scratch games are allowed with bonus funds? So I really got no idea what is wrong. And because it is 4AM Live Chat is not online!

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated?

This is STUPID!

So basically I now just opened all slots. You also get 25 spins on Starburst too. Total 50 spins split between 2 days. So I opened Starburst and used the spins and the balance is showing. But only ON STARBURST!

Are you seriously telling me that is the only slot you can play the bonus funds on?

This is a joke if that is the case, I think I will wait until Live chat comes online and ask them!

It's likely to be if experience with Grosvenor is anything to go by: similar thing with them, went to boot up Bonanza, showed 0: checked the t's and c's of the bonus and it didn't mention it being an excluded game etc.

Spent 10 mins randomly popping into games to find one that had a bonus balance in it. Ended up being in some random 'Exclusive' JP game

I'd say ask their CS but, by miles, the Rank Group have the worst about: possible it's a glitch but they'll tell you 'check the promo page repeatedly', like mindless drones

Edit: LuckyVIP casino looks like a Daub, not Rank Casino?

Looks you should be able to play on a few games (Bonanza included)

I'd be more concerned at the terms of the match: 50x (deposit and bonus) wagering and max x5 conversion
