As Tirilej instructed me in my introduction thread I am starting this new topic about this casino I stumbled upon recently. I can't really seem to find much about them anywhere -> indication they are new I guess (???) so I was wondering if any of you people have any experience with them or am I the only one?
So anyone else heard about them / played / had any luck (brought home some cash) there?
    casino is called luckystar.io
    Thnx!

Yes I think there is landbased one in the US, that is why I wrote luckystar.io
.io is there so you know which one I am talking about. :)

I got a pop up chat after about 20 seconds, I asked do they accept U.K and they said yes but they have no licence for U.K

Best wait to somebody else jumps in, I would not bother with not knowing about the site and no U.K licence

    Fingers crossed

Got another mail saying I can claim 15 spins (no deposit) on any game as sign up bonus, so I gave it a shot... Didn't won anything worth mentioning as expected hahaah.
Couldn't resist the temptation so I deposited right after... fck I am sucker for new sites
Actually deposited 4 times since yesterday aaaand I finally won, not much - just about to break even and win like one deposit more than I put in... Requested a withdrawal now so let's see how it goes..

PS Thnx for feedback Spintee but I find myself doing things kind of things whcih are against common sence quite often anyways... Smart thing is I don't risk much, 4,5 deposits up to 100 or 150 EUR max...
    Fingeres crossed

I would use extreme caution when playing at a relatively unregulated casino - especially since you are a newbie.

As a newbie, you should only be playing at casinos listed in our Accredited Casino section. To give kudos to an untested casino reeked of shilliness. I would not do it.

Casinos the use the .io extension are hiding something in my opinion. I would not be playing there if I were you.

Thank you for your insight @Casinomeister (and Spintee who allready warned me about it before), it is certanly appreciated. I 100% agree with you that playing with acredited and tested casinos is a safe (and smart) way to go, and I would recomend it to newbies hands down...

...however <- I do, like to try new casinos as well, besides having accounts in most of acredit ones since I find they tend to offer better bonuses, care more for the players (since they have smaller pool of them haha) and you can climb the VIP tree faster, meaning even better bonuses (cashbacks in my case) - all that, OBVIOUSELY, asssuming they are not completely rouge as f*ck.. :D

Just to put it out there, I migh be a newbie at CM, but I sure as hell ain't one in online gambling in general.. and as I mentioned before, I test new casinos smartly <- hope that's a propper word (or at least I'd like to think that) by never going in to deep... 100 - 150 euros max, and I tend to make a withdraw as soon as my balance goes to 150 - 200 to test their wd policies (pending times, possible runarounds with KYC stuff and simmilar bulls**t...), I also test the supp staff -> googletranslate / pigeon and simmilar types of english and bye bye from me :D

I admit more often than not it backfires on me - I end up in a rouge / rougeish / no good places, but from time to time I get pleasantly surprised and end up having tons of fun with much higher cashbacks than in "mainstream" casinos.... that, in fact, is the main reason I try this new sites -> I like my cashbacks and I like them as high as I can get them and with fewest possible restrictions <- daaaaa

    Yea, about your sentence:
"To give kudos to an untested casino reeked of shilliness. I would not do it."

Sorry I catched on that later on and I had to google it  to see what that means haha
google says: "One who poses as a satisfied customer or an enthusiastic gambler to dupe bystanders into participating in a swindle."

That certanly wasn't my intention, I am sorry if it was interpreted that way.. I just gave an update on the situation Spintee asked for..

PS as I stated in previous post I do agree with you (and common sence) that acredit and tested casinos are smarter and safer way to go...

Your safe, The boss wasn't giving you a kick up up the arss,

To give kudos to an untested casino reeked of shilliness. I would not do it.

They way I read this is, You are brave to test this sort of sites, Many people are trying to bring the casino to attention, & the boss wouldnt test such sites if you gave hime a crate of beer :)

Please stick to the accredit http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/content.php?r=131-accredited-casinos I know you said you are not new to casino but I am sure there is one or two there.

Well done on your withdraw, But thats what alot of rouge casino's do, If you deposit 100 - 150 and take out 200 than the casino would think pay it than hope they come back, if you stick 10 - 20 and take out 200 I doubt very much you see a penny, casino will look at it that your a small deposit

    Lucky star rogue casino

Just to warn everyone of my absolutely awful experience here.
    1. Won a LOT of money. Refused to
Pay it out (big withdrawal restrictions,
In terms but promoted me to vip and then would not apply the terms, contradicting their own published vip Information on the site). Tried to withdraw the big win and they reversed it all back but then all 'allowable'
Withdrawals were also reversed, all after verification completed.
    2. I applied a low monthly loss Limit but this was not applied, they claim it applies only to deposits. This is not stated anywhere so it would be natural to assume a 'loss limit' is just that, esp as there is a separate deposit limit.
    3. Harassment by casino owner - adding me on Facebook. I felt very concerned and uncomfortable with this and that this was very intrusive. When asked about this the staff claim not to know him (quick Google will fill them in!)
    4. All Withdrawals cancelled and returned to account for a week despite account being fully verified. Only excuse given was 'we have not gone through all your playing history' 'it issue we are working on' and refusal
to give a day they will be approved. I could only request up to $1000 a time so this meant doing lots of separate ones and redoing every day until when they might approve!

This site has caused nothing but stress and misery and though I was stupid to play winnings back I genuinely think they are totally
Rogue and unwilling to pay a big win and do not believe they would have paid out at all on a big win. Steer clear.

tina, You have been on this site since 2014 yet to decide to play on bad sites, Even the boss jumped in and said be warned about the site, All you have to do is type in the top right of this site the name of the casino and you will get all the info you need,

Better still go to here if you have not added it http://www.casinomeister.com/c2o/

You have to be more careful and stick to the accredited sites,

    Happy Spining

I didn't see this thread unfortunately before playing there. I did check it was not 'rogued' and because it is new could find little negative about it, but I do agree it is not accredited and it was not wise to play there. I just hope to help others avoid the same experience as it seems ok on the surface but really is terrible.

Always good to give someone a warning, But the thread is naerly 6 weeks old you only had to do a quick search in the box,

There is to many sites hitting the market and hard to find info on the, Simple way around that just make a post and ask and I sure someone will know something

Thanks for the advice spintee, I know I have been naive. Do you think I have any ground for a complaint? Based on them breaking a number of their terms and not applying loss limit or not?

You can complain but to who? Even the U.K reged gaming sites you have trouble trying to make a complaint, Only U.K regulations I believe have to put a loss limit etc,

You can do a PAB as if the casino wants to keep calm they would pay, http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/misc.php?do=form&fid=1

I see you have been by the process already so know whats involve, I do not know what you lost or the full story but if any sites rob players of than they got to speak out,

Is there a reason why people know about this forum and the accredited casinos but decide to ignore playing at them and choose risky ones? Is there really attractive incentives?

Im always baffled when I come across these threads. Why not play at trada casino, slotsmillion or the other dozens of good casinos?

I know this doesnt help the op now, but its a serious question.

    Im confused.

AFAICT it's not unlike why people smoke: they know it'll probably kill them -- well, to be fair, most casinos are not fatal ;) -- but either they think they can beat the odds or they get so much out of it that they think it's worth the risk. They're wrong of course and usually end up regretting their foolishness but that's then and this is now.
