It appears that we have two threads going on and discussing the exact same place and issues here, maybe Bryan or one of the Mods could merge this with " Pre-empted Warning! "

There's another thread around here somewhere (started by Trezz) which highlights a few more unsavoury facts about this operation's T&Cs.

And the software in use is not well known.

Treat with great caution.

Yes, and these two threads have been merged to here.

If this casino is connected to the Doloplex group....I would avoid it at all costs.

Question - why go there when there are plenty to chose from here:

It's not like it's a stagnant page. Hell, we're bringing on five properties this month. [/Derail]

Looking at this in more detail, I confess I don't see what you are getting at.
Those 2 IP's are different and Dopeplex's address is 5 Costis Palamas Street, whereas Lucky's is 122 Costis Palamas Street - so what makes anyone think they are linked?

Hi All,

Yip... shew... where to start.

I am from Ice Gaming and can confirm I know nothing about Doloplex or that Cyprus address. We are hosted with Mowhawk and perhaps we just ended up on one of Crystal Palace old blocks.. not sure. However we are inquiring this with Mowhawk and this will be addressed shortly. We are Norton Holdings. A company based in Mauritius.

We are a new company, Brand new software and we know we have some of the hottest games that have ever been seen on the net. A Casino is a profitable enterprise inherent in its mathematics. (Classic Blackjack pays 96.6% this give us a 0.4% edge) and there will be no reason for us try scam players, there will be winners and there will be losers. We have a certified RNG available if requested and we are in an advanced stage of getting our Kahnawake licensing. Also as part of being a brand new company means we still in the process of organising all the well known withdrawal accounts and moving our hosting to Alderney so that we can be whitelisted and have the ability to do 24hr payouts in Europe direct to bank accounts. We are also in the process of developing multi-language client that will be ready in about 4 -5 weeks. Mac, Linux and Browser based variations will be available in a 6 - 10 months.

Just a quick note that we are in a beta phase of launch.

We are confident that we will prove ourselves and strong and reputable partners going forward. Our affiliate site will be launching shortly and we will be offering premium affiliate deals to the initial set of affiliates that sign up.

Why us.. well..

A. Our software is good. Our games are good. You guys seem to agree?
B. We 100% committed to being a player friendly casino
C. We are new software. Not a rebrand of software that every player has played for years and is bored of.
D. We are already getting 100's of sign-ups a day and quite a few affiliate and operator requests (That's without marketing). At the end of the day. I think most people will enjoy something new and exciting.

so...

in summary.. you guys decide if you would like to join us. We see some exciting months ahead and are always looking for strong partnerships!

send us an email to sales@icegaming.com if you are interested or you have any questions or comments.?

Well, I guess the time has come for one to retain a "Philadelphia Lawyer", just to interpret the T&C's at some of these Casinos.
One thing for sure.....If you don't read all before depositing.......it may be the biggest gamble you take.
HINDSIGHT IS 20/20!!!!!

Oh the irony!!

If you're going to quote figures like that - it would be wise to make sure they are correct first! :p

Agreed.. Our maths guy reckons its about there with prefect strategy. Realistic obviously moves closer to 2.5% hold for house. Perhaps we not even on same page as to what classic blackjack rules are.

We have our own internal algorithms that work it out.. but this is pretty much what we do. Try this out..

anyway.. the idea was just to show that even for games with very low house edge.. that there still is a house edge.

Yeah.. just saw I wrote 96.6%.. was supposed to white 99.6%.

Yet another casino that doesn't list whether or not they accept USA players...have to go to live chat and find out that they don't.

Their reason? "Due to USA legislation...."

When are operators going to learn:

IT IS NOT ILLEGAL FOR AMERICANS TO GAMBLE ONLINE. It's state-dependent. Hence the original list of banned states by Microgaming.

I agree - it's crap that this is not prominent on their homepage.
However, at least they do have a very visible "No USA" flag on the sign-up page (even for practise play) - which is more than some casinos have. :(

Anybody would think it's a crime to say "No USA" where everyone can see it! :eek2:

I'll give them that (I didn't get as far as the registration page)...much better than some casinos that don't accept USA players, but don't have anything on their website at all - but still has "United States" listed in the country drop-down within the software when you go to register an account.

Also, it was < 2 minutes for a live chat rep to respond and answer my question. I guess the fast response time could be chalked up to them being new and not having many support requests, but only time will tell. :)

They have some good slots but they need to add some ewallet solutions to the deposit and withdrawal options pronto.
Also if you can deposit via debit card you should also be able to withdraw to the same card.
No mention of payout percentages for slots either.

It appears to be impossible to hit anything worthwhile on the free spins.

I tried over a Dozen slots with different multipliers and from over 20 Feature rounds not One payed over 30X bet
So either I was super unlucky or the slots are super low payout.
Shame because otherwise they would be fun to play.

Apart from the T&C's, the depositing/withdrawal methods need to be enhanced.

In addition to their banking or lack of...

We provide safe, secure and reliable banking transactions and super fast payouts, making your Gaming experience an enjoyable one.

However at the bottom of this page they do a complete back flip:

allow 48 hours from your last deposit before requesting a withdrawal.

Super Fast Payouts...Yeah right

With no web wallet deposits/withdrawal methods, it reads like yet another low budgeted casino operation.

Cheers

Wow that is another sneaky T&C.
48 Hours after deposit? What a nerve, stay away anyway because the slots are super tight also.

My experience was totaly different as you can see.

Wow, is there anything else they could have stolen in the design of their software? The layout almost looks identical to Microgaming.

waiting for their verification!

I played into this casino last week with the welcome bonus (50 gbp, cashable max 100 gbp) and I won....85 gbp
since last 18th March I am waiting their answer for the verification of my documents sent by email!!! :eek2:
I wrote an email last 24th and they told me to submit my bak details on to my profile (aleady done!!!)
the problem is that since I don't receive their confirmation, I can't ask for a withdrawal
it seems that they pay in a veeeeeeeeeery long long time :sob:
