    Hello,

Ive had some problems with these guys in past and gave them a break for a while. well went back everything worked smooth and won some cash... i requested flushing on weekend for my withdrawals ill get the same text everytime im requesting it from CS and it goes something like this: Ill pass this out for our account management. in 4 days these guys could not do it and i received the payment in my skrill account before it was done.
Well i asked yesterday to flush my withdrawals ill get the same text again and the flushing still aint done and now it cost me 500 hundred because im moron and cant help myself on this gamelust. Sorry for the nagging but if someone says "flushing on demand" i think they mean it.
Sorry for typos and for flaming out im just so mad at myself...

Actually not flushing did not cost you 500 YOU did through lack of willpower, as indeed you admit.
I do however agree that if the facility is offered, it should be consistent and instantly be available for CS to do 24/7 rather than having to be referred 'upstairs' and potentially delayed. If I was cynical, I would say that some sites may deem requests to flush as a sign of weakness and contrive to avoid doing it...

Not complying with any flushing requests is of course a very effective strategy from the casino's point of view. We've all been there, not being able to control ourselves, so I am definitely not going to hold this against the OP. Casinos know it and the good ones will immediately respond to flushing requests OR pay out so quickly that players can't play it back, even if they want to...

Agreed, i did sign up at that casino, when they opened, but received such a bulk of spammails from them and their affiliates, and still am, that i refrained from ever depositing, and so far from what i've read they don't seem all that swell to me, and if what you say is indeed true, i think they have some explaining to do, at the very least.

    yup

I was banging on about this casino in the online casino thread only last month. take forever to pay, take days to look into casino history before they process your withdrawl.

I FINALLY got them to flush all my withdrawls, but was never automatic, still had to go on live chat to do this. my last withdrawl took 48 hours just to check my play history.

the casino imo is one of the slowest payers, with a very nice rep, that's all.

and believe it or not, after my ranting and finally getting this sorted out with the rep on here.
I receive an e mail to say I am BONUS BANNED!

I had not played the casino for the last 3 weeks, and got bonus banned! and when I check my full deposits/withdrawls, I am only just over £2.5k up. and this was not off any bonuses, its off a 2k royal flush that I didn't take any bonus with.

so all in all I received the standard bonuses week after week whats on the website. what everyone receives if they deposit.
I won very little off the bonuses, and they have bonus banned me! I have now requested my account to be closed, and this has been done for me. just a joke of a site this is.

here is the e mail I received off them. so I have symphathy with the op in this thread, all stalling tactics so clients reverse, and lose their money.

    Dear xxxxxx,

    Account: xxxxxxx

Please note, The Casino has recently reviewed your gaming account and has made the decision to no longer make bonuses available on your account. Your gaming account will still be accessible for play but will be subjected to the exclusion of deposit bonus promotions offered by The Casino as of 29 May 2014.

Should you have any queries please contact support via email.

    Many thanks,

not complaining about the bonus banning here, but too many slow pays, and too long to look at play history. I am actually pleased I wont be playing here anymore.

I think the rep is a very nice guy too, unfortunately that is not enough to make for a top Casino, the rep being nice, helpful and active is supposed to be the icing on the cake:)
Now we seem to be stuck with some loose icing...

Just my impression as i haven't been playing there as stated, but i will follow this thread to see what he has to say about it.

Thank you all for the comments. Ive been now on win streak there i think im up 3-4k this week and that has somehow ripped of my willpower for not to touch the withdrawals. I totally agree that im the one who played it back not the casino but because my lack of willpower on win streaks i only sign on casinos that do offer the flushing option and as i mentioned up there lucky247 is offering this option for players it should be done in reasonable timeframe...
And this is not the first time im in this situation and thats why i wanted to bring this up here.

I logged today for my account and quess what, flushing were done now it tooked only 24 hours and thats the fastest flushing ive had there.

He haven't been in for a week either so maybe it's vacation time.
I'll send him a pm so he'll see it when he comes back.

That raises a very good point. Luck247 is a Quickfire casino, so too is Guts and BetAt. Both Guts and BetAT pay their verified player accounts within an hour or 2, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. So why are casinos like Lucky247 unable to follow suit?

IMO Guts and BetAT are proper casinos with funds on hand to cover wins AND Lucky247 isn't and has to use payment delays...just sayin

    Hi all,

    Thanks for the posts.

@Tirilej, thanks for the PM, I indeed was not aware of this thread and was away on business since Thursday.

Flushing is indeed available at Lucky247 and is done within reasonable timeframes (not on weekends though, that is clearly stated from the start).

Jericoton said himself that his latest request was dealt with timeously, as we always try to do.

    Thanks,

    Sacha

Flushing is not available if you ask for it in the chat. Just tried it myself. Have to wait 48 hours. No problem for me, i will not reverse it.

But it sucks if you read here "Yes, flushing is possible" and the Chat says "No, you have to wait 48 hours"

Then please send a pm to the rep so he knows that too, and give him the chance to deal with it once and for all.

I don't care if they have it or not but I do care if they lie about having it available and then not honouring it.

    Hi all,

    Thanks for the posts.

The support agent made a mistake here by not asking Bowki for his account details.

Lucky247, don’t flush withdrawals for new players as KYC checks can't have been made. Known players' withdrawals can be flushed upon request as previously mentioned in this thread and advertised on CM.

@Bowki, apologies for the confusion, your withdrawal has now been flushed.

    Thanks,

    Sacha
