I read some good comments about this casino and the great bonuses they offer. I also read that it takes some time for them to pay, but eventually they do pay. I signed in and took advantage of the welcome bonus. Ive been writing customer support, but the emails have been undeliverable and returned. Anyone else experiencing this?

Use Live chat. They are nearly always available. As for emails, they are slow. The last one I got was a notice telling me I am bonus-banned.:p
Thank you for telling. The bonuses are outstanding. How many times did you take bonuses before you were banned?
