Lucky Red Maintenance

Just had to share, really annoying chat with absolutely incompetent chat rep
Lucky red is doing some kind of maintenance for the last week or so. I had all kind of issues last 3 days, could not login, could not get cashier to load, etc

Today I was able to login but here is what I see

So while i am logging in to real mode, it redirects me to fun playing mode.

Went to chat room and got very funny instructions to fix the issue. One of them was to disable firewall. I said it has nothing to do with the problem, but chat rep said it will fix it lol.
Among other ideas, clear you cache, update flash player and restart your computer. I asked how firewall is able to differentiate fun mode from real mode, he was unable to explain))
But he mentioned, that this is not such a big deal that picture. I still can deposit and play in real mode, although it just looks weird and looks like I am in fun mode

My weak attempt to tell them that as IT of many years I most likely know a bit more about all this was ignored. I was transferred then to the worse and incompetent rep over there named Helen and she just went on to say IT WILL FIX YOUR ISSUE, JUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, good bye

Well I did if and as you can imagine nothing changed.
So i guess I am stuck with Fun Balance screen at lucky red since plan to disable firewall did not work (

Back to InetBet i guess, somehow my firewall (of course i don't have one) not acting bad there))

Anyone else having issues with them at the moment?
 
Yes, I had an issue with Buzzluck, too.

It sucked because I was in FS mode within Head Hunter..and then ..nothing. Logged back in after 48 hours..free spins gone.

Not happy but I am assured that they are looking into this after 'tech issues'. It happens but it sucks.

I have the same problem, and on my windows 8.1 laptop i'm also not able to see the message trough the client.
On my desktop pc all works fine, i think it's a problem of compatibility, also when i open a new game i get the error "flash 13.0.0.1.".
Hope they will fix it soon!
 
Hi All,

I'm sorry that the whole system maintenance is taking so long. As far as I know all should be back up. There are still some ongoing work running however we hope that the casino client will work with no problems right now.

I am sorry, but I see no changes in my client. Same picture, same problem

I've had the problems all week as well. There's no way for me to tell if you fixed the problem because your website won't even load online. I'd say you still have work to do.

**edit** Just a further note, I had both Lucky Red and Club World installed on PC. Installed without a problem. A few weeks ago I tried to install Buzzluck and Norton 360 threw a fit. I just disabled norton and installed anyway. Since you started having issues this week I uninstalled all of your clients and went to reinstall them. Now Norton quarantines every site I try to install from you. I don't know if you made changes but Norton shouldn't be flagging your software.

Unfortunately there are still some problems with some of the casino client components. In order to troubleshoot it may I ask you to send me PM with your user name and description/ screenshot of what is not working for you.

I will get IT team to look at this and hopefully we will be able to rectify it.

I'll appreciate your help in this matter.

This is the screenshot, as you can see i don't see my balance and i don't have the message button. This appen only on my laptop with windows 8.1 and not on my desktop with windows 7.
