I won there $5300 and they refuse to pay and closed my account

I sent them 2 digital photos and scans of my old and new driver license plus 2 bills and a proof of phone number.

Their reasons - the phone number you gave us is not valid.

I used my second phone number and it went inactive by the phone company. I gave them by email my other phone but they never called and closed my account.

Is this a reason not to pay ? the terms and condition says if you deliberately give false information - I gave them correct information. I sent them a document to confirm the phone number is a valid phone number.

They also complained about my driver license

Invalid phone number was deliberately provided by you on a sign up stage where you accepted casino terms of use. However it was not only that but also the documents you provided have different address on them which doesn’t match the address you registered on your account.

I’m once again really sorry that this happened but we need to follow our terms.

The driver license is perfect and the bank statements - these are all valid documents and it has the address I registered in the account - I have no idea what they want.

They are accredited for a reason. They do pay legitimate winnings so as long as you are ultimately able to prove your identity you will be pad. Incidentally, why were the addresses different? If you cannot explain that you cannot blame them for being suspicious.

The address is the same. There is a small typo in DL instead of flat 01 it says flat 11

But the address is the same 2 Kirxxxx Av....

I sent them 2 Bank statements my old and new DL and a proof of phone number registered.

hello brain10, you need to place a pitch a bitch on this site and give full details about what happen, as for the casino rep she the same person that

closed your account and that wont do any good to contact her. any person who deposits money in a casino any plays by the rules and wins fairly

should be paid there winnings, club world casino group has been getting number complaints over the past year , for the way they have been

handling problems from paying players to over charges on players c.c. , so at this point I don't know what the hell there doing. don't just let keep

your money fight to get it. hope this helps

That Group is great and they are known to be strict with documents but eventually they always do the right thing.

I believe it was them who questioned me one time also. My last name starts with a V but I have used W since I learned how to write.
They realized that I still was me no matter what letter my last name started with so it was ok.

Do as suggested. PaB and let Max sort it out for you. If you are any kind of freudster they will find out, or you will get paid.

if what you say is correct then they should pay you if you give them all the info, casinos are very strict about details and if the phone number was not working and there was a slight discrepancy in your address then obviously it would raise concerns , I remember when I first played at 32red I won and cashed out £500 , I then got an email from security team saying there was a problem, thought damn I mustve signed up there before, anyway I got phone call just after from them and realised id put a wrong letter in postcode by mistake, guy was great about it and told him id send id etc. if he needed it but said its fine ive verified it while talking to you withdrawal should go through okay now which It did , just shows that one incorrect letter in details will stop casino from paying till they check

Okay, you started the process, now please read all the facts about a PAB. Don't post another thing about this until the whole process is over. Don't shoot yourself in the foot before the process even gets started.

That's not fair! You can't expect them to work 24/7.
They are not on a holiday if that was what you thought.

Don't be an arse. Obviously there is internet in London.

But if you know anything about these conferences you'd know that our day usually starts around 9am with breakfast meetings, etc and we're lucky if we get any time to sit down and check the site before midnight or 1am. Then we deal with the urgent stuff and hopefully by 2am or so we can get some sleep. No one said "boo" about this so I didn't see it until I started catching up this morning.

Next time flag an issue if you think it needs immediate attention. We've said this 1000 times and you know very well how this works.
