I won there $5300 and they refuse to pay and closed my account
I sent them 2 digital photos and scans of my old and new driver license plus 2 bills and a proof of phone number.
Their reasons - the phone number you gave us is not valid.
I used my second phone number and it went inactive by the phone company. I gave them by email my other phone but they never called and closed my account.
Is this a reason not to pay ? the terms and condition says if you deliberately give false information - I gave them correct information. I sent them a document to confirm the phone number is a valid phone number.
They also complained about my driver license

Invalid phone number was deliberately provided by you on a sign up stage where you accepted casino terms of use. However it was not only that but also the documents you provided have different address on them which doesn’t match the address you registered on your account.
I’m once again really sorry that this happened but we need to follow our terms.

The driver license is perfect and the bank statements - these are all valid documents and it has the address I registered in the account - I have no idea what they want.
