It seems the OPs complaint is less of the requirement of a web wallet and more of one concerning the fact that the casino seems to be advertising a means of withdrawal which is unavailable to them.

A web wallet may not be a particularly hard thing to get, but that isn't the point. If a casino states you can perform a wire transfer, then you would expect to be able to use this service. Otherwise there is always the risk that you could deposit money into a casino and then have no means to withdraw it.

But why do they put bank wire on their page if it cant be used? Just when they opened they didnt have neteller there and I asked in livechat about wire and they said that it would not be a problem. However a few hours later they changed the homepage and offered Neteller as a withdraw option..
never needed it though, my money was gone in 60 secounds heheheh!

neteller was HARD, i had to send in copys of all sort of things and to get my account extended to be able to withdraw they also had to call me from the states and with the timedifference it became a big hassel. However I do have it now and I am glad for that!
All in all the process took about 2 weeks or so... But I guess the OP can do it for the future atleast!

That is true, and along with their shoddy live chat service, they are far from appealing. But that is not the point. The casino should not be advertising something which it has no means to honour. And given the time and effort it would take to sign up with Neteller or similar, many would simply not bother withdrawing and would just play their balance down to nothing.

    offtopic but my thoughts EXACTLY,

thats the problem with nedplay i had, they cleary advertise on the main page visa, and from what i read and saw i gathered i could withdraw winnings back onto the card i deposited with...but guess what? i go to withdraw and theres 4 options, 1 is neteller, bank transfer (with 15 fees), money bookers and 1 is another e-wallet, no option for card withdraws

a lot of casinos need to sort out their terms because things like this are complete bullcrap, as you say, someone could play at a casino who doesnt have an e-wallet, they could be lead to believe they could cashout via their card, but then when it comes to cashing out they are unable to

    Hi Guys,

All the withdrawal methods on the website are available to our players and in regular use - the withdrawal methods available to each player will depend on where they live though. For example we cannot pay Wire Transfers to the US but we do support a range of eWallet services and direct ACH payments.

    I hope this helps,
    Tom

Thanks for clarifying that Tom. IMO ACH is just as good as wire transfer and very little difference in the two.

Puppydog is in AUSTRALIA though, and is complaining about not being able to get a wire transfer. What part of the USA is Australia in?

You can't expect players to know the special circumstances of your processor UNTIL YOU TELL THEM. If there is something unavailable because of a player's location, you should let them know BEFORE they make any deposits, NOT leave them with the prospect of having to kiss their money goodbye because they are unable to accept payment.

I don't see why casinos should be exempt from the advertising standards rules that apply to other businesses. If they advertise something, take the money, they must legally supply the advertised service, or refund the money. In any case, they would be referred (at least in the UK) to the advertising standards agency, who could ban their advertising, and maybe even impose a fine.

This industry wants to be respected as mainstream, but first it has to behave like it is. I am reading posts like this with increasing frequency, and it looks like the industry is slowly worsening in the manner in which its customers are treated, and the free market economy will exact a penalty for this, usually loss of those customers to the business providing the best range of services as perceived by those customers.
If the industry worsens too much, then governments may change their views, and friendly states such as the UK might start to think it had made an error of judgement in recognising and allowing mere "whitelisting" as a good enough criteria for full access to the UK market. The UK government could have done what is being suggested the USA does, which is to require any casino wanting to market in the UK to have a UK license, and pay a UK tax on action generated by UK players.
When the US passed UIGEA, several other countries decided the time was right to go for an outright ban, whereas before they took the view there was little they could do.

UK players, wherever the casino is regulated, are very likely to start complaining to the UK bodies that are there to protect consumers. Although these bodies can't really do anything, they CAN gather statistics, and pass these to polititians, who might baulk at the level of complaints, and their content, and perhaps think the industry far too unaccountable for their actions under the current regime.

    LUCKY RED CASINO

I just read your post and am having a problem with them too. They said I would have to use e wallet or another of their withdrawal methods and that cost me $50.00 just to register with e wallet and they want $90.00 for the withdrawal and I have sent my documents 3 times and they say they can't read them. So I had a printer blow them up and now trying to get them to answer the phone to see if they received this latest fax.lol. I have never had so much trouble withdrawing. The man said they don't have wire transfers or bank drafts or the ACH at this casino.

    Just keeps getting worse!!

Can I have a show of hands for those still trying to get paid here, Martyn did go to great efforts to TRY and get me paid UNFORTUNATELY HE AGAIN HAS BEEN LET DOWN BY THE PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS CASINO.

When my transfer had not shown by this morning I contacted the international section of my bank and they went searching the said that it had hit there bank on the 7th of May but because the bsb number had not been correctly put on the transfer(this was given to customer service not once but in two seperate occasions) they were unable to put it where it was meant to go.
It was returned to them on the 7th..(its now the 12th) just when were they planning on telling me that yet again there incompetent(like i havn't already worked that out) SO LUCKYRED WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!

    STILL AWAITING PAYMENT.....PUPPY
