Lucky red casino - Neteller withdrawal

Hi all,
i requested a cashout some days ago at lucky red casino, today received this mail:

PAYOUT PROCESSED
Dear Luca XXXXX,
Your Payout of 1370 USD for Account ID XXXXXXhas been processed. Method: NETeller


but after 4 hours the money aren't in my neteller account, usually is instantaneous.
is it normal?
Support says it could take up to 24 hours but never happened to me before.

If support tell you can take up to 24 hours then please await 24 hours before even posting complaint here. You could also contact the REP here. Finally they even have a nice well functioning facebook page now if you search on Facebook.

Even though they sent you email it has been processed it might it might now mean they actually pressed the PAY button yet.
 
i'm not complaining i want only to know if it is normal, never appened to me and i know that they are a solid and reputable group, this is the reason because i play there.
I was worried about problems with my neteller account but if i made an error please delete this post.
I have nothing against lucky red group.

The casino might process all their withdrawals at a set time, your email only cofirming that the withdrawal is on a list to be processed at the next set time. Wait a day or two and if the withdrawal hasnt reached you, then contact the casino. Lucky red is a reputable group if my mind serves me right.

You did post this as a complaint, but it's easy to do a mistake.
If it's just a question you have then next time post it in Online Casinos instead :)

When it comes to your payout you better ask the casino about it. Always when Club World have paid me to my Neteller account I've had the money that same minute I got the email. It was a long time since my last cashout so it maybe have changed.

They changed processors several months ago and you get some unclear messages in your personal email inbox. In the past, once you receive a message that your payout is being requested you receive the dough in your e-wallet within 5 minutes. Not so anymore. It could well take 5-6 hours after this message is received.

i apologise for the mistake i should hve posted in the online casino section, so if possible someone could move the discussion, the cashier contacted me this morning and sorted out the problem. The money are now in my neteller account.

Hi All,

There was few hours delay with Neteller payment last night. Uploaded batch returned and cashier had to reprocess all transactions. I can confirm that all funds were sent successfully this morning.

Also to clear up the processing time. Cashier is authorizing all cash outs during the day so the funds are not reversible then all transactions are processed before end of the day. At this point all customers should receive email confirmation that transaction was set as processed.
