This is one of the accredited casinos.
As many of you probably know I love RTG casinos.
Once in a while I use MG.
Among the MG I always used Lucky Nugget.
Today was one of those days.
I never won at this casino. NEVER!
Today for the first time after 50 dollars deposit, I had my bank roll up to $212.
So I asked for a withdraw. Now the problem starts.
They say that unless I have a bank account or an Ecocard account I cannot withdraw my money.
Which means that as long as I was losing everything was fine with them.
Now that I have won a few pennies which is nothing compared to what I have lost to them they are trying to make things difficult.
So guys be aware.
In my particular case I dont have a bank account and I dont have an Ecocard account (because it is too expensive).
Now I have no other choice but to open an account either way.
Just as a reminder to you guys all this sh*t does not happen with iNet Bet.
Has any of you guys had the same problem or similar problem?

I always look at the banking pages for input, output and then speak w/CS about any changes. Especially the way things change so fast these days it just makes sense. Their banking pages aren't up to date, most casino's aren't still.

I like LN, especially the monthly comp in the email box, haven't tried the live dealer feature yet, might not.

I agree, Kakata. Eco is a bitch for small deposits (commission and fees), and withdrawals for the lowroller suck too, but at least it works. We're lucky to get to play anywhere right now, or daft. :what:

When I cashed out there a month or so ago I cased to my bank account but ended up getting 2 checks in the mail 3 weeks later instead . Maybe you should call there and talk to someone else.

He said I couldnt cash out if I didnt have a bank account ????????
I replied........wil you guys keep my money then?
I was never told nor suggested nor asked anything when and while depositing,:eek:
I dont undearstend why an accredited casino doesnt have a check option !!!!
INETBET is the only option guys.IMO.

Sounds like a pitch a Bitch to me :eek: I rarely have had any problems with any MG casinos. They always paid and pretty quickly I have to say. But this sounds like a problem for..... Casinomeister!!!!:notworthy

as a former employee of that particular group (team leader and trainingDept, 6 years), I find it very strange that one of therepswould have been rude. That was one of the first things that we installed in them is being polite at all times. He could have given incorrect or incomplete information but being rude. That does not sound like like Norman at all.

Sometimes the difference in accents and vocal influences can make a person sound rude or "difficult"

I didnt say rude I sayd unpolite.
He was losing his cool cause I couldnt undearsteand him although I asked him few times to speak a little lauder.
BTW this morning I received an email stating that they cannot send the money to my wife Eco account as they cannot use third party account.........????????:confused:
I dont have nor I can have a Eco account cause I dont have a bank account.
The Eco account was open as per theyr request ( Norman suggested)
Than I had to ask my wife to sign an authorization form with copy of drivers license of both of us plus an utility bill scan everything and send to them.
All of the above was done.............now its not Okay.:eek:
C'mon its 100bux.
Yesterday on live chat I was told that the money would be in my wife account
today the 5th.This morning the saga continues.........:mad:
I asked to send me a check, although it will take 21 days.......
where are they located? On Jupiter?
Still its okay.
Lets hope for the better.:D

i apologise if I missunderstood your post. Not intended.

Most casino's donot pay to third party accounts (anybody that is not the casino account holder) due to their attempts to curb possible fraudulent activity.

Let me explain what I mean. If they pay your wifes ECO account, there is nothing to stop you (any customer) claiming that you have not received the funds. From a legal point of view they are obliged to pay you directly.

When Morman suggested that you open an ECO account, he was referring to yourself personally and not through your wife.

A question that comes to mind: how did you make the original deposit? With the new legislation the only way that you could deposit was using a credit card, NETeller (until they stopped) or Click2Pay. For all of these methods you require a bank account.

Even if they do send you a check, how are you going to cash it? You will still have to deposit it into a bank account. If you try to deposit into your wifes account, they (the bank) might not honour it.

I always deposit there and all other casinos I play at, using my Netspend debit card, for which I dont need a bank account.
Norman knew I didnt have a bank account cause I told him I didnt have one, and I also told him that when I need to write a check I use my wife bank.....at this point he suggested to have my wife open an Eco account then have her send a signed authorization form to lucky nugget where she would authorize them and me to use her Eco account.
All this was, I repeat ,Norman suggestion, not an Idea of mine.
I always change checks to a "check cashing store" (many people do)without a need to have a bank account, otherwise how could I accept checks from Bodog, Inetbet and so on? I do not win often, but I do win once in a while.:D
Anyway since this morning Lucky Nugget has yet to answer my email where I told em to send me a check as all other casinos do.
Im glad its only $100 otherwise I could go crazy.:mad:
BTW where do yuou live Devil SPAM.?.....in the USA you can change checks..........how do you think all the undocumented do?
About depositing............debit cards........and you didnt know??????c'mon...

Their support are not renowned for speed of reply. Sending a check seems the only option in this case. Many players do not have bank accounts, but it has become an issue because of the US situation. Here in the UK, players can use UKASH vouchers to make deposits, however, this measn withdrawal methods are limited, and recent changes in rules regarding payment of benefits has made it pretty much a necessity to have at least a basic bank account.

It is odd that support suggested this course of action without first checking with management, as it is not something casinos normally do. The only solution would have been to have the casino account in the wife's name, as well as the Ecocard. This would certainly avoid such problems in the future, and the casino would not know which of you was pressing the buttons on any given session, but the deposit & withdrawal details would match those of the account. You would, of course, need the wife's permission every time you played, so get the grass cut, the shelves put up etc..:D

Ka ..have you been calling them ? Asking to speak to the manager ? They take forever with emails .

I shoudnt be calling them for such a little amount..they should pay,period.
BTW I wont be playing there anymore.
One more casino in to my black list.
I just had a live chat with Gareth who confirmed , after my request, that they will send me a check.
Lets wait and see.
